Richard Herman, MD

I love Dr. Herman. He performed my carpal tunnel surgery a few years ago and it has been great ever since. He always personable, very informative and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Dr. Herman.

Dr. Herman was knowledgeable and personable. He addressed my issue perfectly. 1The wait time was reasonable, the staff was professional. I couldn't ask for more. Would I recommend him? Absolutely 💯

I felt that Dr Herman really listened to me, we discussed possible treatments for my issue. Which I decided upon. He was very gentle and kind, as was all his office staff.

Everyone was very friendly. The doctor explained everything to me very clearly so it was easy for me to understand. The X-ray technician was very sweet and friendly. The front desk attendant was also friendly ❤

I just had my first visit. My husband and I liked him. He seems like hes actually trying to help. Ive been dealing with my pain for years, he understands we may not find an answer but is still willing to atleast do everything he can and I appreciate it alot considering everyone else Ive seen just dismissed me or even told me it was in my head. I highly recommend him if anyone needs help, even if he doesnt have the answer, you can see he still cares.

Dr. Herman was not only a great surgeon and doctor, but he was very compassionate. As a matter of fact, and I’ve seen several doctors in ortho West, they have all been very compassionate people. Dr. Herman is exceptional.

Dr Herman and his PA have great bedside manner. I felt heard and cared for. The office staff was efficient and friendly.

Saw Dr. Herman because of the arthritis in my wrists. He was very friendly and professional, and went over my x-rays thoroughly and patiently. Answered all my questions and explained my options, and I never felt hurried. I'm happy with how my visit went, and I'd highly recommend Dr. Herman.

I saw Leah, Nurse Practitioner extraordinaire. Quick, to the point, caring, thorough, and delightfully friendly. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Every doctor, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse and tech has been wonderful.

The visit with Dr. Hermans' office with NP Lori was really good. The staff very nice, and I had a Great visit that I think it helped my hand.

Went in with a nagging injury that has been troubling me for a while. He quickly diagnosed me and got rid of the pain. Will always recommend Dr. Herman.

Clear, concise, logical and thorough. My comfort level pre-surgery is through the roof. Add in the professionalism and kindness I’ve experienced from the support staff and nurses and you get a winning operation. Very happy with my experience thus far and as I ready for surgery I am able to mental prepare without the concern of the skill set of those involved. Highly recommend.

I felt like my issue was a Lil more than just "any" ortho doc. I choose him from prior reviews.
I'm very happy I did. Check in was great, staff were very kind.
Dr. Herman took time to explain to me what my options were, and made sure I understood each one, the pros vs cons,
i didnt feel rushed, i felt like he listened to my problem, answered all my questions ...isn't that what we're all hoping for from our doctor?
My issue is more serious than most, I've already procrastinated nearly 3yrs over being affraid of my outcome, and concern over choosing the best doctor, I'm extremely happy I choose Dr.Herman.

We were treated like family. We walked in and luckily able to be seen right away. Dr. Herman was very friendly and straightforward, offering us options on treatments and helping us decide the best course of action.
