This was my first appointment with Dr. Ruffin. He listened to my situation, examined my knees and explained my problem. I appreciated his attitude friendly yet professional demeanor.

Dr. Ruffin is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. From our son’s knee surgery to the physical therapy plan he put together, he has gotten him back on the football field again. We are beyond grateful for his quiet confidence and medical expertise. He worked him in at the last minute for a recent ankle injury and he and his staff took excellent care of him once again. Thank you!!!

Dr. Ruffin was very attentive and professional in explaining the results of my MRI. I truly appreciated his care and concern for my overall health care. It was very refreshing to have his nurse Alex show kindness and professionalism as well - this was a sharp contrast from my last visit. Thank you.

Dr. Ruffin was very well mannered and knowledgeable. Though he remained professional throughout he was also friendly by way of making conversation with an overall good bedside manner. My wait time was minimal once I went back even though I had X-rays and he gave me treatment suggestions fairly quickly after my exam.

Dr Ruffin took time to listen and was very competent. He had a good bedside manner being polite and explaining what was found during my exam clearly.

Dr. Ruffin is the best. He spends time to hear what I tell him about my bad knees and he will be replacing them soon.
He has used every medicated shots to help me to continue my life until I can have my replacements.

Did not get to see Dr. Ruffin but saw Lori Payne and she was fantastic! She took care of my problem and I went home feeling so much better! All the nurses were so good and thorough and caring!

My husband has had one knee replacement in January and going in for the 2nd one in September. Dr. Ruffin has been wonderful. We are so thankful we found him. His knees are 110% better because of Dr. Ruffin.
