My fiancé and I were in search of an engagement ring for half year, and we have been to some big name brands in NYC and LA but did not get what we wanted. My fiancé wanted a unique ring customized to her ideas, so we came to Cachet jewelry.

My fiancé went out of his way to surprise me with my ring. He started working with Cameron and they created the most beautiful engagement ring for me. Ever since - we’ve been back for wedding rings etc. Mr. Banissi and Cameron both have been there to guid us through it all. Extremely professional but also have a lot of input (without being salesmen). They even sent me home with gifts for my bridal shower. The absolute sweetest. The owners Cameron and his father Ben were incredible!!! We haven’t bought a ring YET, but they were so helpful in giving us options and educating us on the different ring features. They really CAN do anything - so if you’re looking for a custom piece, go to cachet! They’ve been in business for 33 years, and it’s very apparent they know what they’re doing.

Ben and Cameron are fantastic! Not only are they knowledgeable, but they make the experience so special. Cameron explained SO much about diamonds that we did not know, and he was never pushy. To me, Cachet has the most beautiful setting options of all of the places we looked! The rings actually “felt” better, as they are handmade at Cachet, and a lot of the other shops only do machine-made settings - rendering the prongs a little sharp and snaggable. I left the diamond selection to my fiancé, and I could not love my ring more! He told me he went back to the shop multiple times to find the best one, and Ben and Cameron were amazingly helpful each time. Their customer experience and quality is unmatched!
