Comfort Inn & Suites Carrollton

First, I will say that the pictures show the exact image of the room. They are not nice old photos and then the room is trash. No, the rooms are amazing. The bed is extremely comfortable. Most importantly, the room is CLEAN! Breakfast is always fresh and good. I want to truly thank Carlee, the manager for taking care of me. There was an issue with our reservation and we thought we needed to leave. Instead Carlee went above and beyond to be sure we not only got the situation handled but she made sure we were able to keep our room. I am truly grateful for her. She is amazing and kind. She has also continued to check on me to be sure I am enjoying my stay, while also offering any help if needed. Carlee is the best manager at a hotel property I have ever encountered. If only we had more people like her. Last but not least, it's only 5 mins away from the school.

Sent here by the company I work for after staying in a shady competitors hotel. What a difference! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the bathroom didn't look like a major crime had been committed the night before. Showed up early for check in and the wonderful staff were able to get us checked in after a brief wait. Had a bit of confusion with housekeeping, (Who was a polite lady who apologized for waking me as I work graveyard shifts.) and the gentleman at the desk apologized and ensured I wasn't woken again. (Remember your Do Not Disturb sign.) Will definitely request this hotel next time I'm in the area. Very impressed.

Very friendly and competent check-in. Clean and comfortable. I had to charge five iPads and Square readers. There were plenty of outlets for the iPads, my two phones, the readers, and two rechargeable lights. In fact, there were more outlets that were available

Excellent service here. My room was spacious and very clean. Bed was super comfortable. They even allowed a late check out and the housekeepers didn’t coming knocking on my door prematurely like so many times in the past. Shower was hot and water pressure excellent. Hotel is close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Recommended. Nice and quiet stay

This was one of the better hotels I've stayed at. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was plentiful for showering. I'll be looking to stay here next time I'm up that way.

I've stayed here several times. This was my first time seeing the new guy at front desk. His customer service was above expectations. He has such a charming and welcoming personality. Even tho I wasn't pleased with my room,but due to his generous customer service he made my stay more than welcoming. Its a must I will be coming back. I want to thank you so much young man. You keep up the good work. Oh and his appearance was stunning. The entire time he had this big beautiful smile. Who wouldn't want to stay here. He brings excitement to the bestwesten. He deserves 100 🌟for his hard work and dedication

Our stay was amazing. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty decent. The front desk guy was amazing. Great personality very nice smile and well dressed. Next time around this is where me and my husband and kids will stay great location as well.

Excellent. The room was nice and spacious breakfast was okay it could have been a little better. The staff is wonderful. The young lady and man that works the desk was very great at check out. We will definitely be back we come here once a year but will definitely be to stay.Great job.

We was here for a night heading to Fort Benning. This place was nice for the price. The desk agent clerk that check me in was very polite and nice. The breakfast was decent but not the best. The young gentleman that checked me out that morning was very professional and nice speaking. The room was was nice but had a small smell. But overall nice professional place.

Room was clean and comfortable. I heard breakfast was good, but even though it was not yet even 9:00 on Saturday, there were no eggs and very little sausage for breakfast. They were not refilled. Otherwise, great place to stay.

We had a very nice stay. Hotel was clean and quiet. All four staff members we dealt with were very helpful and wanted to make sure we had what we needed.

Clean rooms and Comfortable beds. Found out this hotel transitioned to Comfort Inn & Suites - I am very gald that finally Carrollton have one of the best Choice branded hotel in area.

Comfy, clean, nearly perfect. Mini fridge did not have freezer to re-freeze my blu ice. Would stay again.

I cannot rate the Wi-Fi since I did not use it. With Verizon cell service, I have between 3 and 5 bars have signal on my phone even inside the room. There is a pool here, there is wonderful breakfast, it's got the feel of a luxury hotel. 5 out of 5 stars. The staff is fantastic, as well. You can tell that they really enjoy their jobs. Robin is the lady that handles the breakfast during the week while I was there anyway, and she's always up for a chat or to just let you do your thing. I really can't say enough about this place, I did not experience one negative aspect.

We're loved this place. It was very clean and the front desk staff were incredible kind and helpful. One of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I've had.

The overnight front desk girl Nadia was so sweet and very helpful. I checked in a few weeks ago and kept having difficulties with some things but she took excellent care of me! Very nice young lady.

I'm not one to write reviews very often, and generally speaking, when I do write reviews they are not on the positive side of things. However, I have to recognize 3 individuals that made my stay such a positive experience that I decided to become a rewards member of BW. Eucla, Sunnie, and Rayette Gibson-Chapman - General Manager. They were very kind, thoughtful, and helpful to me. After I had checked out, a meeting of mine cancelled last minute and I had 2 hours to kill before my next meeting so I went back to the hotel to get some work done and (being that I was the only one in the breakfast lounge area) they checked on me several times to see if i needed anything at all. Rayette and Sunnie even offered me a drink while I was working, which I took them up on expecting to pay, but they said it was on them. For these reasons, not to mention the incredibly clean rooms and comfortable beds, I will be staying at the BW Plus in Carrollton each year I visit. I hope to run into you ladies next year! Thanks for changing my outlook on BW hotels in general!

We were going to orientation at the University of West Georgia and we had booked a room at a different hotel off the school website and wasnt please and wasnt please with the location or staff at all. I packed my family up and we found Best Western Plus by just driving by . When we got there on July 22 late in the evening the gentleman who was workimg the front counter was very pleasant and accommodate us with all our needs. I was very please with all the accommodations and the entire staff especially the assit manager was very helpful. This will be our hotel as long as my daughter attend University of West Georgia. Oh and we also enjoy the full breakfast.
