Holiday Inn Express & Suites Savannah W - Chatham Parkway, an IHG Hotel

We chose this hotel because of the reviews and we are glad we did. The location is easy to get on and off to go anywhere. It is very clean and well kept. The breakfasts are above normal the ladies that keep the breakfast going stay on top of it you actually have a large choice the beds are very comfortable. I would choose this again and come back here to this hotel it is the best Holiday Inn Express that we have ever stayed and we came over spring break 2024

The Moment we walked in Tom was extremely welcoming and polite. He made sure to accommodate our every need. The room was clean and the kids enjoyed breakfast and the pool. The overall visit was great and Tom’s excellent customer service made it even better.

One of my favorite hotels in the area to stay! It was clean, smelled great and the customer service was 1000!! Seth was so accommodating, and the check in was quick! One thing I didn't like, which had nothing to do with the hotel, was the water/sewer had a sulfur smell. Other than that, this will be my hotel of choice every time I stay in Savannah!

Great place to take the family. Place is like new still. Staff keeps this place spotless. Also very nice and helpful. Stayed there last night. Great quiet place right off the highway. And close to the city. Great big parking lot. Big rooms, very nice bathroom. Cleaning staff did well with the room. My wife normally wipes it down before we put out our stuff but this place was so clean she did nothing to it. The can of Lysol stayed in the suitcase. Would definitely come bay. Also had great breakfast. So many things. I had an omelette and biscuits and gravy. with milk. Was great. Highly recommend.

My company puts us here while working in Savanna GA and each stay is enjoyable without any problems. It's nice to be remembered by name and this young lady does just that. Imani works the front desk and is super nice and very efficient. She tell me she tries her best to remember her customers by name and she greats each of us with a beautiful smile. Made my long day better when I checked in. All the staff here is friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable that why I'm a Rewards member and happy to be one. The location right off Chatham parkway makes it convenient to work. Hopefully my company never changes location. Always look forward to staying here when I have to work in Savanna.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a the Holiday Inn Express & Suites In Savannah, Ga. It is located near the Savannah Amtrak Station, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. As a person with mobility needs, finding a disabled-friendly accommodation is always a concern, but this hotel truly impressed me

From the moment I arrived 11 PM, I was met with exceptional service and a genuine willingness to make my stay comfortable. The location, is just 5 minutes away from the Amtrak Station, making my traveling a breeze. The convenience factor alone is a major selling point.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its dedication to accessibility. The walk-in shower in my room was a game-changer. It provided not only safety but also a level of independence that's often hard to find while traveling. The attention to detail in making the room user-friendly was evident, from the grab bars to the spacious layout. The staff deserves a special mention for their attentiveness and willingness to assist. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, making me feel valued as a guest.

I stayed here while picking up family from the Amtrak station. The desk staff was very nice. I had a room on the floor right across from the elevators, but it was very quiet. The area the hotel was in wasn't bad. It seemed mostly like a business park area. There was a gas station next door, but not a lot of close restaurants that were open on the weekend. The room was spacious and clean. There was a very slight musty smell but barely noticeable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were some slight old stains on one side of the bed. The bathroom was nice and clean. The drains worked well. The towels were well stocked. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The WiFi worked well. The furnishings appeared new. The desk chair was nice and comfortable. The location was perfect because it was five minutes from the train station.

The hotel was clean, beds were nice, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. We were originally supposed to stay at another hotel in Savannah that cancelled our confirmed reservation when we arrived. Many thanks to the front desk specialist at the Holiday Inn working the night of 18-Feb-2023 that went out of her way to find us a room when we were in a jam. We are forever grateful!

I stayed for an extended visit this past week and this hotel came highly recommended by my colleauges. Rooms were very clean and up to date. My room was serviced each morning with clean towels, and the staff (with the execption of the woman breakfast who was very rude) were very cheerful and welcoming.
The hotel is in a very clean and safe area just 10 min from downtown. I highly recommend this location and will personally stay here again if given the opportunity to return to the Savannah area.

We had a great experience here. The building is in very new condition and was very clean.

Employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was well taken care of and was fun! This hotel was very high quality for the price.

Location is decent. The gas station across the street is a bit sketchy though. Only about 10 minutes to downtown.

Everything about my stay was great but I wanted to give a shoutout to Kayla and Seth. Kayla was accommodating, helpful, and so polite during my stay and Seth was friendly, informative, and had a big smile on his face even though I noticed he worked the 3-11 pm shift and was immediately back at work for the 7 am-3 pm shift. I really wanted to take the time out to highlight these two individuals, as they truly made my stay that much more enjoyable.

We stayed here over the weekend and had a very comfy experience. The front desk ladies were inviting and friendly. They even took time to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. I didn't feel rushed. I had an issue with my card and they promptly took care of it. Our room was spotless and they have full-size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The breakfast ladies were a charm.. Miss Ruth and Barbara were friendly and helpful. A real treat to meet and talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be staying here when back in the area. Thank y'all for the amazing experience. Our stay helped our weekend getaway be extra restful.

You know what you’re getting with Holiday Inn Express—a clean, updated room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, great breakfast, and friendly service. Kendrick at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and informative. Perfect for our one-night stay on the drive from Florida to NY.

The desk associates were friendly, my room was clean, and the breakfast bar was fantastic! I am very thankful the housekeepers are thorough when cleaning. I read reviews on all the hotels in Savannah and most were not great; I was nervous when booking but this hotel had the best reviews and I was not let down! If I go back to Savannah this will be my hotel!

This is a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. The beds and linens are good quality and quite comfortable.
The free breakfast has a large variety, and on my three stays here the breakfast featured omelets, pancakes, biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, toast, English muffins, and more. Quite a spread for a free breakfast.
Definitely will stay here again.

Nice hotel I stayed 3 days. No complaints I plan on staying again in the future. The front desk clerk who checked me in was AWESOME. I arrived early and she allowed me to use the business center while I wait. We had a lot in common regarding our studies to get our masters. After I was able to check in the room was good definitely not patel owner thank god. Awesome bed alone is the main reason I would come back! Then when I checked out the GM I believe an older guy was so nice I think he really appreciated my business which makes me really want to come back. Very nice staff and the housekeeper was very kind too I wish I would have tipped her but I always have next time. I definitely will be back

This is a new Holiday Inn close to historic downtown Savannah and a perfect choice for us. The staff is so friendly they made our 4 day stay perfect! Breakfast every day was full of choices ready promptly. Coffee & tea available 24/7. There is an indoor pool, meeting room and great workout area. Our room was clean and well appointed with both refrigerator and microwave. We'll definaty choose this hotel on our next visit.

Clean, great location (10 minutes from historic Savannah), quiet, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good shower pressure... We stayed twice on our Christmas travels. Good rate, too! (They didn't have any milk when we went down for breakfast, but this pick-up breakfast is so different. We found something to eat. We didn't hold it against them.)

Great location close to downtown and the free self parking is great. Amani, I believe his name was, at check-in was very helpful and friendly. Property was clean and my room was spacious and modern. Great overall value and would definitely stay again.
