Quality Inn

I've read other reviews and here to say it is apparent this place is under new management and really cares about quality and customer service.
Here are the good things I can say, keep in mind I have only had the pleasure of one King non smoking Room, and cannot speak for other rooms.

1. First thing I noticed was the exterior of the building had a clean pleasant charm to it. Once entering the building I could tell it had quality tile flooring of a nice design one as a skilled tradesman can say it was definitely not cheap.

2. This honestly should be listed first but going by order. The staff was very nice, and pleasant to speak with. I believe they truly deserve this.

3. While the place did not seem too packed it wasn't exactly vacant either. It seems to be quite and respectful here.

4. The room has definitely been renovated like the rest of the building has. New laminate or LVP flooring, nice coated counters for the sink, and tv, some kind of quality stone, maybe not marble, but something nice. The lighting fixtures are the nice new boxed design. The covers are not cheap. New mirrors, the one over the sink has a backlight around the edges. Phone, and alarm clock. Front of the fridge and microwave have stainless steel on them.
A nice picture is on the wall and the curtains are like the rest of the room equally nice. I could say more good things about the room.

5. Brand new A/C unit in the room.

6. I forgot to mention the beautiful California style knockdown texture on the ceiling. It adds a very nice touch in my opinion. The wall is textured as well, but it is not knockdown.

Cons - none the only thing I could mention if I were to knit pick would be some trim shows a little age but not too much. For the price this place is well worth it, and then some. If anyone were to think about getting snobby about some tiny things like that they should probably book a 4-5 star hotel that offers things within that price point like giant breakfast buffets and arcades because this place isn't lacking much other than that. I'm very impressed personally, and wish the owners the best as they were very nice.

Front desk employees/Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and there were really nice fluffy towels. Outside doors could use new paint.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check in was very quick and rooms very clean and fresh smelling. Only suggestion I can give is that the rooms need pictures on the walls. It would make for a more home experience. Bare walls give a empty feeling. I appreciate the fact that I was allowed a late check out as well and nobody came beating and knocking on my door before the allotted time was up. This hotel is close to numerous restaurants and convenience store . I would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A wonderful experience! The staff was so welcoming and caring! They did everything to ensuring we had a good stay and we’re so nice! Everything was clean and service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly and kind reception, a nice breakfast in the morning. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Very clean my room smelled like brand new all rooms are being renovated the staff here was very helpful and polite it has been very quiet and remote stay and the free continental breakfast was good with many varieties to chose from I would recommend anyone to stay here

Clean room, slightly over priced, getting in and out of parking lot can be a hassle with traffic, larger vehicles may have trouble maneuvering in and out of spaces because parking lot is cramped if alot of guests. TVs need updating in my opinion...overall a good place to stay

My wife and I along with our White Westie, Gracie, are just finishing up a two week stay here while visiting our first great grand child. The place is under new ownership and new management and is very nice. There is a pool and a work out room and they serve a standard breakfast in the morning. Everybody - including the people who clean the rooms are always polite and friendly. I received a weekly rate along with a senior discount. I am satisfied.

This was an extremely clean and nice room. Bathroom was spotless, linens were changed every day, very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Only one complaint: Internet usage was free, as it is in all the Choice Hotels, however I had pdf, word and excel documents I needed to print off for work and there was no software installed on the guests computer in the foyer to be able to access or print any of my much needed documents. This has never been an issue with any other Choice Hotel. A simple version of "Home" software, which is free, could be installed at no cost to the hotel if they don't want to pay for Microsoft Office. For myself this was a huge problem and would prevent me from staying there again.

However, I did enjoy my stay!

I've stayed at this Q. Inn many, many times. Very, very pleased with the cleanliness, service and breakfast. We will continue our stay here each time my husband and I visit the area. Weather work or just to get~a~way. Thanks to the friendly staff. You make our stay comfy. Bobby & Kathy👏😎👍

Pleasantly surprised. I had gotten bad "word of mouth", but my personal experience at the motel was positive. I slept well, and had a to go breakfast before going work.

TI can't forget my 4 days stay because it was quiet out of the mark. I want to give it full rating! I

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years with the work I do, and by far this place is a ten for the price I pay. Keep up the good work

When was clean bed was comfortable the front desk people were very very nice and I had a place to park my truck with a trailer but they don't have a lot of parking if you have a trucks and trailers so you might want to check first I just happened to have the whole little small upper parking space to myself nobody else was there with a truck and trailer

This place was nicely decorated, Breakfast in the morning was delicious. great service.I would recommend to everyone.

This is my families second weekend stay within a year. Friendly staff , nice rooms and quiet location. Fully booked this time due to hurricane Irma but still a wonderful stay

The night time host was most helpful and went beyond her job while helping me and my companion. Thank you T Steele. The place is clean and filled with friendly service. I will be back.
