I had a unique emerald custom ring made and it truly is one of a kind, I am in love with the result and can’t stop staring at it!! Stopped in to look for a pair of earrings I have been wanting to buy. They were super helpful and I was able to find a cute pair that went with existing earrings I had. They were even able to change from yellow to white gold coloring.

The two ladies at the front desk were very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. They really could have turned me away as that is not a service they offer, but they gladly helped me figure it out. I went into Sabri Guven Fine Jewelry for the first time looking for a very small pendant for my wife's necklace. When we looked through the book and found there wasn't an example, I was able to show them what I was envisioning with photos. Sabri not only custom made it, he did it in 20 minutes! My wife loved it! They were so welcoming and courteous. Safe to say, I have found my jewelry store!

Sabri Guven is a consummate professional; he’s knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. He makes every customer feel like family. He repairs many pieces while I wait and offers advice on heirloom jewelry. Recently, he replaced the battery in my Tiffany watch for $25; Tiffany charges $125, and I don’t receive my watch for a month. Two years ago, he put an aquamarine stone into my grandmother’s engagement setting overnight so I could take it to our daughter to commemorate the birth of her March baby. What a treasure!

Wonderful experience! Stopped in today to get a watch and wedding rings cleaned. Tanya was so sweet and even let my boys have a little tour of the room where repairs are done. Beautiful store and amenities. Can’t wait to come back and do some shopping 😉

I have a watch which is sentimentally valuable but not necessarily a financially valuable watch. It was going to cost more than the value of the watch to repair it. When I told them that I could not do that they were extremely accommodating, they agreed to split some of the repair costs with me bring the expense of making this watch which was a gift from my father significantly less expensive and extending the life of this gift by many years. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone, they are totally committed to building customer loyalty. Needless to say I will be buying jewelry gifts from here for now on.
