Came for an all black work shoe... left with that and then some!

I was impressed and have been meaning to shout out my sales chic, SHE WAS AWESOME!! I believe her name was Taylor. She had EXCELLENT customer service!! Very helpful and patient. I had to try a few sizes on of each shoe I bought and she took each right shoe out and prepped it for me to try on. This is so uncommon these days! Taylor was an exceptional example of customer service! Keep it up beautiful!

Wonderful customer service! The associates were so helpful in assisting my kids with their back to school shoes. My kids were measured for shoe sizes and everything was available that they wanted. I will definitely be returning to this location in the West End Mall.

It was cool. It had cute things in there. I never knew what it was when I was walking to Old Navy. I love to go to Old Navy.

I really enjoyed the experience at this Journeys the young man was very helpful very pleasant he assisted me with everything I needed I will be returning to this location because I really really really enjoyed the positive energy and the selection was great
