Oh God! It looks like they closed down. This car shop was by far the best in PTC. Had the best staff, honorable and sincere. The repairs were spot on, never had a problem with their work. Their mechanics were the best, Greg, Carl (may he rest in peace) and Roger their primary mechanic/simply the best. Can't find any shop like theirs with this touch of class. Now in search of another trustworthy shop.

These guys are friendly and professional. They got my 100k service done and solved all the little noises that were popping up in our minivan. We have used them for several jobs in the past, and I highly recommend them. Affordable and awesome service.

These guys have been awesome. This is my new shop. Fixed my F150 when it was running rough and fix my Jeep for $160 bucks with different part when dealership wanted to replace whole gas tank for $2100. Plus they still do vehicle inspections for $15. Thank you.

Friendly and fast service. Current price as of 6.30.2020 for emissions is 15 bucks as it should be (had that service completed 2 days ago). Took less than 10 minutes to complete from entering and exiting the parking lot. Went back today and got a 10 dollar oil change (it's 10 bucks if you bring your own oil and filter), so 32 bucks total after a trip to Walmart across the street. Support this local small shop; they're great.

Greg is a great knowledgeable guy always with a smiling face. I'm going this place for 3 yrs now and they never disappointed me. Recently Greg has helped me when he was not supposed to work and I have arrived for something. I truly appreciate their service.

Amazing staff and service, quick reliable and honest. Another shop said that my truck needed an engine, upon inspection from service plus we learned that it simply needed a new spark plug. So glad that Greg and the team at service plus helped me, instead of $8,000 as recommended by another shop it only cost me a few $$ to have a repair done. Honesty is hard to find and these guys show why they have been in business for over 30 years!

My family and I have been using Carl and Roger at Service Plus for the past 10+ years! These guys continue to take AMAZING care of all of us with all of our vehicles needs. Whether it was emissions, oil change or complete tune up- they do an amazing job!

We often bring in our vehicles with questions/ problems and they ALWAYS give us upfront honest answers! They are THE BEST at what they do! We have been misled many times by another vendor (taking advantage of our lack of knowledge) to the extent of NOT even rotating tires when it was the only reason our vehicle was dropped off. Instead this other vendor gave us a long list of 'much needed work' that we verified we did not need. This happened twice! Carl and Roger give us honest answers and solutions every time! They are NOT out to make the extra buck and take advantage at any time. I need this honesty in my mechanic! Everyone does! I feel like my family is VIP everytime we visit Service Plus no matter how big or small our need!

Posted a post on life in the Peachtree City bubble Facebook for emissions test and got three recommendations for this place. The staff here are casual and relaxed. The test was done quickly and cheaply. I thanked the person who initially recommended this place and the owner of the store commented on the Facebook group post remembering my Subaru and me... That's excellent customer service and will definitely come hear again next year.

May I just say, the best, best guys around. Tenacious in finding the cause and fixing car. Wonderful customerservice..absolutely recommend them for your car needs

I was having a problem with my car and nobody could ever figure out what it was. I was going to sell my car and just get a new one. Dealerships said it was better to just get a new car and it wasn’t worth the fix. Carl fixed it and worked on it for 2 days and now my problem is fixed! EVERYONE TOLD ME MY CAR WOULDNT BE ABLE TO BE FIXED AND CARL FIXED IT FOR ME. The price was great and honestly they’re the only mechanics I trust now.

Service Plus is the mechanic you want for an honest report on the work your car needs. They saved me money with a re-evaluation of what another mechanic said I needed.

I took my BMW with an A/C issue two weeks ago to Service Plus Automotive. Carl diagnosed the problem as a leak somewhere in the A/C system. He re-charged the system, added dye to locate the leak and told me to come back a week later. This morning I brought the car back and left it with Carl for the day to diagnose and repair the problem. Later when I called he could have told me anything and charged me whatever he wanted and I would not have known the difference. Instead he advised me to give it a month and return so they could have another look after the dye had a longer chance to leak. When I asked him what I owed for his time and the Freon charge.....he told me “nothing” because he had not yet found the problem. When was the last time you went to the dealer and treated like this.....probably never! I’ll be there at 8am on 9/7/2018 because Carl and Service Plus Automotive have earned the loyalty of this customer.

I am borrowing my friend's car to get back and forth to work and the Check Engine light came on and the blower stopped working on the coldest day of the year thus far. These men checked my car, filled it with antifreeze, changed a fuse, and checked the code on the dashboard and didn't charge me anything! I will definitely bring them all my vehicles from this point forward. Thank you guys! Merry Christmas!!!!

I just moved to Peachtree City and stopped here to have an emissions test done on my 2009 Yukon Denali. I was also having an issue with a noise and had them check it out. They discovered the tensioner belt was loose on the A/C compressor and tightened it with no charge. In a couple days the A/C was having trouble blowing air again and the noise came back. They went back in to look and found an issue with the blower in the dash. All fixed for less then $300 and another couple places were quoting $2k+ for a compressor it didn’t need. These guys do good work and are honest about the fix. Recommend to anyone

Always receive quality service at an reasonable cost over the last several years I've taken my Ford Ranger there. I have never had to take vehicle back to correct any service ir repair issue
