THE OPEN HOUSE EDITION - When you leave your clothes for a work function at home and have to find something ASAP! 😰
I walked into fab'rik Peachtree City hoping to find something. Dawn saw that I needed help (I was in total panic mode to say the least) and saved the day!!!! I told her that all I had was a pair of nude pumps and she put 4 outfits together! I walked out w/ 2 awesome options (almost 3 but it didn’t come in my size). Crisis diverted! Dawn - you, Ma’am, are a miracle worker! SN - Solid/Monochromatic clothes are a cultural thing 🤣 #insidejoke

I have been shopping at Fabrik since it opened in Peachtree City, GA. But I must admit Abby, Madison and Dawn have been THE BEST employees since the inception of the clothing store. Rather if it’s Madison or Abby working, they are always willing to help and lend opinions on outfits. Dawn, is extremely helpful and has a wonderful personality. Of the times I’ve shopped at Fabrik, I have never had an issue with either of 3. They know the product and how it’s fits to a T. Their customer service is outstanding. I love the clothing line Fabrik has to offer but I more so, thoroughly enjoy shopping at Fabrik because of the ultimate trifecta that works there…..Abby, Madison and Dawn.

I have bought several outfits from here and I have gotten excellent service from Dawn, Maddie and Maddie when I have gone into shop ! They have been honest with me about outfits and they have never stirred me wrong with buying something or pressured me about anything ! I will continue to buy from them and enjoy the experience of shopping

This store is cute, but the size inclusivity is nonexistent. I rarely see a size large, and have never seen an XL size in anything. It's so disappointing because I do like this shop.

The clothes are cute, very on trend, and of high quality. However the customer service is quite horrendous. I've been in this store a few times often without a greeting. I tried using a coupon sent to my email only to have the employee tell me she could not honor it because she wasn't aware of it. I even went so far as to show her the fine print that specified it was redeemable online or in-store but that was to no avail. I was completely put off. I doubt I will be shopping here again.

Loved my clothes, but the lady did an all sales final stamp. For me, but not my Caucasian friend. Wasn’t planning on returning them anyway. Won’t be back. They’re luck I don’t want to take them to court for discrimination, very unacceptable.

I have tried several times to shop here....and usually do so, right after I walk out of Francesca's. I do NOT like this store. Francesca is friendly, and has a lot to offer for the amount of space they have...and management is usually there with a smile. This place has about the same number of items, in about double the space. A clean look, but the staff seem about as warm as the cold, empty space everywhere. Prices are higher, and after about 10 tries...I just don't go in. Can't really find anything special about it.

Very welcoming when you enter but the eyes on you as you browse throughout the store make you feel uncomfortable... Visited another store a few miles away only to find photos of White women listed as shoplifters. #ShoppingWhileBlack

Horrible service !! They employs don’t know anything about customer service very rude !!!! I went to this boutique and I ask the employ if the have a belt in different sizes and she look at me very shock went I said if they have that belt on a size L ! Also she told me we only have this in unique size 🙄😡 when I said ok can i try it on she was very shock looking at my body 🙄🥴 that make me feel very insecure about me also the belt fits on me but ain’t buy it cuz they don’t deserve my money ! I would never go to this boutique again !

I was not impressed by the customer service skills of the employees there, I won't go back.
