Dea Salon/owner Roza is *the best* salon I've ever been to. I've rarely in my life had a "regular" salon/stylist - because I've rarely had someone color/cut my hair in a way that I love (and because since I moved away to a small-ish town, distance and spontaneous appointment availability for establishing a regular stylist in my area have been an issue - I am not one of those folks who is good at pre-planning hair appointments weeks in advance). When I lived in GA, I found my regular stylist in Roza. She is so adept in making my hair look beautiful, and always colored/highlighted it in a way such that my roots/grays were able to come in without looking stark and requiring an immediate trip to the salon.

Recently, I had a haircolor debacle at home just before a trip up to Atlanta. I reached out to Roza and she squeezed me in the week I was there (which should tell you how amazing she is - so professional and so kind), and then she worked her magic. I went in embarrassed to be seen in public (LOL!), and walked out feeling beautiful, and getting compliments on it since! See the pic.

While the major review point for a salon is simply "the hair", I can't end this review without also pointing out that a) I also adore Valerie, who handles the admin (I love chatting with her (!!), and she is always helpful with scheduling and buttoning up my visits); b) the salon itself is beautiful - it's clean and the decor is gorgeous); and c) Roza has now added a boutique with clothing, accessories, scarves - I was able to do my Christmas shopping for two folks and nab a beautiful sweater for myself as well!

Do yourself a favor and just book your next hair appointment there - you will not be disappointed!

I thought I’d have some fun over a family vacation and dyed my hair using a teal box color. It was fun, until it wasn’t. According to the box it would wash out in 7-15 washes but that didn’t happen. The color was stuck and I had a work conference to attend in 4 days. I called Dea Salon and they were able to get me in the next day for a color correction. Roza was great! She looked at my hair and provided me with a quote that changed only minimally (due to an extra process that I agreed to in order to get all of the green out). She was committed to getting me back to a shade as close to my natural color as possible and she succeeded. For me this was an emergency situation that ended really well because of Roza’s abilities.

I have had the best experiences with Dea Salon!! I have been a regular customer for over 2 years now. Roza is amazing! She does an amazing job at highlighting and cutting my hair. I have blonde hair and Roza knows a lot about about color and coloring blondes which was very important to me. Dea Salon’s employees are very nice. Valerie is always there to greet you with a warm welcome and great conversation. Overall, I have not had a bad experience with Dea Salon and will be recommending to my friends!

I am so thankful that I found this amazing Hair Salon. Being out of town I was a little nervous to get my hair coloring, but Roza was incredible. She is so professional, friendly and so good at what she does. I very thankful for her. I love my hair. The color is perfect. I can’t wait to return!

Roza and her staff make having my hair done a true experience! She is so thoughtful when considering my hair cuts and coloring. Even when I decide to try a wild color, Roza makes sure it is done in the healthiest way possible. My hair has never looked better! You can’t go wrong with Salon De!

Rosa, owner at Dea salon is responsible for this beautiful baylayge! I have virgin dark brown hair that I wanted to spice up. I was REALLY nervous to dye it and really wanted something I’d be able to maintain pretty easily that wasn’t too drastic. I couldn’t be more in love with these results!!!

I’m really impressed with the experience from start to finish. I’ve never felt so heard or so comfortable. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy - cut to color. The passion she has for her work shines through so brightly - these two things are huge differentiators for me. You’ve got to know someone loves what they are doing in order to trust them, and sometimes as a client you’re not sure when or how to speak up with any feedback so I really appreciated it, especially given how nervous I was to color my hair.

I’ve found my hair salon & stylist for life! :)

PS. For anyone nervous about going to the salon right now, it’s helpful to know that they take all of the appropriate precautions and MORE, including taking my temperature at the door which made me feel really safe.

New to the area, I came across this place through a search of best salons in Atlanta. It definitely deserves it's ranking. I've been getting color and highlights for the past 7 years in about 4 different states (I move a lot for work) but they have never turned out as well as when I went here. My stylist Nadia had great suggestions to get my hair to look the best possible. She is also super talented and a pleasure to talk to. I think the real differentiating factor of this salon from others is it's people, not only are they really good at their job but everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I recently visited Salon and had a great experience. Salon was so clean and was following all COVID-19 protocols. I really felt comfortable and safe doing my hair in Dea Salon. Roza is so nice and professional and is really the master hairstylist for doing complex hair services such as Balayage. She will listen to you very well and do her “art” to achieve the best result. I love my hair and look forward to coming back to Roza again. I strongly recommend Roza and Dea Salon to everyone who is looking for a safe hair salon and great service. Thank you Roza!

Roza is absolutely PHENOMENAL! She took my grody mess of hair and made it beyond beautiful. I’m obsessed with my hair for the first time ever. She’s the only stylist I’ll ever let touch my hair again! She’s super sweet and made sure I was 100% happy. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Valerie, the receptionist, is also wonderful. She’s personable and kind, and made me feel super comfortable. I’ll be back again and again.

I had a hair disaster situation and googled "Roswell Salons". Desperate for some help, Dea Salon was the first one I called. Truly, it was a blessing! Roza and her salon should be under the search engine for Best Color Correction in the state of Georgia! Roza is a perfectionist and took hours to correct my horrible hair color (s). She works very efficiently and quietly- extremely meticulous and detail oriented. What she did to correct my color/orange highlights was amazing! The salon is so lovely- not a fast paced rushed environment. Other stylists are as friendly and sweet as well, helping each other as needed. I am a long term customer now!

I'm very particular about my hair. I use only organic/natural products, I don't wash it frequently and I always get olaplex/keratin treatments when I do dye my hair. So basically, my hair is my pride and joy. I found Dea Salon after doing a lot of searches and went with Roza (also the owner) to update my overgrown blonde ombre to a blonde balayage (big deal, my hair is naturally dark brown/almost black). It took hours but the result was completely amazing. I also took up Roza's recommendations for products as well and went back a second time to go a bit lighter, more platinum/silver. Her care and talent made sure my hair was not severely damaged (super tough when you've already lightened your hair). She actually did such a great job, I literally was stopped in a store and asked who did my hair because it was "clear they put a lot of care into it." That has *never* happened before! Plus the atmosphere at Dea Salon is so nice, sleek and modern. Having sat in their chair for over 5 hours in a single day, I have no problems saying that the staff is nice and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. While I am leaving 5 stars, one thing I'd like to see are more organic products (Paraban/sulfate free) and the Pravana line over Loreal. But I highly recommend!!

Parvin is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. Every time I visit her I’m always certain that she always give me the color and style that I will absolutely love when she is finished. She also takes care to listen to my wishes and is always kind,warm and never rude. I feel very comfortable sending others to her as I know how professional she is.

Sergei has been my go-to stylist and I am surprised when he moved here with Anya. I still followed him. He's the best stylist and he explains the condition of your hair and he recommends products for your hair. I described what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do. This salon only uses high end hair products even just on regular shampoo/conditioner. I ended up buying it myself. Friendly atmosphere and offers refreshments. Я вернусь. Parvin is one of the best hair stylist I’ve ever met. She is so professional and always has great idea which make you feel so good about your hair cut and color. She is also very nice, friendly and kind. I do highly recommend Parvin if you want to have the best experience and greatest appearance.

I am not one to splurge on hair usually, but Dea salon will be my go-to salon from now on. Roza is the only stylist who has ever made sense of my hair. I came in with a picture and she explained to me how my hair was different from the guy in the picture, what she could do to make it look like that, and what that would mean for me in terms of maintenance and future cut possibilities. She also taught me how to style it in a few minutes so that it looks so much better than what I’ve ever gotten it to look before. The salon is elegant and chic, tasteful yet funky, good music, relaxed and cool. No hassle parking and you can always book an appointment in a reasonable timeframe for a busy salon with talented people. You will feel valued as a client, treated well and comfortable here.

Dea Salon opened my eyes to what good haircuts can be. All my life I had been going to places like Sports Clips, and when my hair would start to grow back out, I always assumed that my hair was lumpy and difficult to style because that’s just the way it always was. On my first visit to Dea Salon, Roza explained how my hair should be cut, then proceeded to give me the best haircut of my life. And every haircut with Roza since has given me the same amount of confidence. I never have to worry about my hair looking bad.

I have visited twice since the pandemic began, and I feel 100% safe getting my hair cut here because of all the measures they have taken. Clients are screened prior to their appointment and their temperatures are taken upon arrival. Everyone is required to wear a mask and gloves. And when Roza is working, she wears a large plastic screen that completely covers her face in addition to a face mask. I’ve visited doctors’ offices that take less precautions, and I have no problem recommending this place to older family members and relatives.

Besides treating me professionally and with great care, Roza and her staff make me feel at home and at ease. It’s a clean, comfortable, welcoming, and safe place for great haircuts. I feel very grateful to have found it.
