This crew is very professional, caters and listens to your every need. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. My favorite would be Neise she’s very attentive and she makes sure my braces are comfortable before leaving.

Since the transition from Ortho Care of GA, the new management/staff has been a breath of fresh air! Very thorough and professional. You can tell you are being heard and taken seriously which is wayyy more than I can say about the previous owners. Cheers to change!

I only did 2 visits with this office because I was a transfer patient from the Hiram office and my treatment was practically done by the time I was transferred to the Cascade office. So basically all they did at my first transfer visit, told me that I was ready to come out of them. They just so happen to have an available appointment the next day. Dr. Moody and staff were very friendly and accommodating. My very short time with them was very pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks so much!

Kim and Cyn are always professional, friendly, and always smiling. Every office visit encounter had great energy and they seemed to love doing what their job!! Whatever I asked for they accommodated me.
My appointments there is no waiting time, literally ready to walk in at the time of the appointment and in the chair.
Dr.  Moody is so knowledgeable and made my journey in braces extremely pleasant. I'm very impressed that I received my retainer on the same day that the braces were removed.
Bo was wonderful! She was very detailed explaining the whole process of retainers & she's very sweet. My smile is perfect and super straight!
