Working with our neighborhood association, I was shopping for high quality and long lasting outdoor patio furniture. Jessica, our sales representative, provided both outstanding service and patience as we revised our order multiple times to get the purchase within our allotted budget. Her attention to detail, patience and kindness were all part of our buying experience. I cannot recommend this business or Jessica more. Professional and top notch!

We were looking for a recliner for my husband. He loves the Lazyboy brand. We had already completed extensive online research and so had narrowed down the choices. Shirley was so helpful in sending some pictures to us of what their store had available before we made the long drive there. When we arrived Shirley was so helpful in showing my husband the recliners and cool features of the power type recliner. He had originally planned to get a manual recliner, but decided to go with the power model. He is enjoying having a power recliner!

We have bought several pieces of furniture from Woods and have had great service! The first time we went Jessica was our sales person and the second and third time we had Nicole. They were both great and they even put up with my husband’s kidding around! Thanks for having a great sense of humor ladies!! We would highly recommend Woods Mercantile for all your furniture needs!

This has been the most well stocked, huge selection of wonderful furniture I’ve ever seen in any furniture store recently! Quality is exceptional! If I could only make up my mind! We’re at least a 3 hr drive to get here, but it is definitely worth the drive, and you couldn’t ask for a better staff of people! I highly recommend that you check for yourself. No matter how far, it’s worth the trip!

Having to furnish an entire new, custom built home from scratch can be overwhelming! Working with the staff at Wood's has been one of the most pleasant and "painless" experiences I've had so far. Their knowledge and ability to make you feel very welcomed and comfortable is amazing. They work with you on every aspect and have incredible patience while assisting you in making sure everything is PERFECT and just what you want. I am extremely comfortable knowing that Wood's Mercantile will be furnishing my entire home and can't wait to see the finished product. I have made multiple purchases from Wood's, most recently a Beauty Rest L Class Mattress. The purchase process and delivery were seamless. Kevin's team respect him and enjoy working for him which makes working with them so much more pleasant than some experiences we have had.

Did you know Wood's can set-up commercial purchases for you? Jessica Miller helped select fabrics and products that are appropriate for our facility. The team delivered to multiple locations with issue on the side of the mountain here in Sautee Nacoochee, GA. In 2 trips they were able to delivery 30 mattress sets, 14 couches, and 20 chairs without issue.

Everyone was so friendly and flexible through the entire process! The team provided us with same-day delivery on a portion of our purchase and the remaining items two business days later. we highly recommend Woods Mercantile!

Easy to shop there, staff is very helpful, and when Wood's received the item, it was delivered promptly by fine delivery people.

We have just purchase a beautiful Lazy Boy recliner and my husband is presently sound asleep in it. I wanted to thank our salesman, Bobby, for his kind attentive and careful working with us yesterday in finding just the right chair for my husband. We found just what we were looking for with his help.

I also want to mention that our delivery men, Tay and Payton, were absolutely delightful today when they delivered our chair. They were friendly, polite, professional and well versed with all of the ins and outs of our new chair. They explained all of the functions and demonstrated the remote with skill and knowledge. We were very impressed and wanted you to know that they both are perfect examples of representatives of your company. Our recent experience buying furniture at Woods Mercantile was just outstanding. This was the third time we have purchased furniture from Woods and each time we walk away feeling very valued as a customer. This last time we worked with Jessica who spent a lot of time with us to ensure we got what we just what we wanted/needed. She, along with the whole staff are terrific. We'll continue to do all of our furniture shopping at Woods.

Woods has a wonderful selection and the customer service is excellent. Nicole went above and beyond to help me find the perfect decor to go on top of my new coffee table I was purchasing. I also custom ordered bedroom furniture and the process was so easy. They are always available to answer my questions and keep me up to date on my upcoming delivery.
