I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Mattress Firm in Peachtree City, GA, and I must commend Rasheda for her outstanding service. I came in looking for two mattresses for my twins, and Rasheda made the entire process incredibly smooth and enjoyable.

From the moment I walked in, Rasheda greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. She was extremely nice, and her genuine kindness made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Rasheda took the time to understand my needs and provided helpful and informative advice on the best options for my twins. Her extensive knowledge about the different types of mattresses and their benefits was impressive and very useful in making my decision.

Rasheda's patience and willingness to answer all my questions without any pressure to buy immediately stood out. She ensured that I was fully informed about the products I was considering, which gave me great confidence in my purchase. Thanks to her expert guidance, I left the store feeling very satisfied with the two mattresses I bought for my twins.

Today I visited Mattress Firm in PTC GA. Salesperson Rashida Livingston helped me out. She was thorough and patient helping me to look at and try many of the different mattresses in the store. She was knowledgeable and worked to help me understand the differences. I ended up deciding on a Tempur-pedic mattress. My experience was very good and I recommend her highly.

Let me start by saying I walked into this store with ZERO education about mattresses other than the fact that we sleep on them. I went in on Tuesday and spent an hour with Rashida. She was BEYOND knowledgeable and helpful in showing me what I needed after having me test several different types and brands of mattresses. She gave me options in all price ranges, and ensured I knew the comparisons. She also did her best to convince me to finance, but I’m stubborn when it comes to my credit, lol. I ended up with the Beautyrest Black with the adjustable bed frame. Couldn’t be happier! Ask for Rashida when you go! She will not disappoint!!!! THANK YOU!

From the moment we entered the store until we left, our experience was welcoming and pleasant. Our “sleep expert”, Robert was patient, answered all of our questions, and made accurate & helpful suggestions. Highly recommend the staff I witnessed today! Finally, the store was clean and well organized, which is super important to me!

Stephon was excellent. He did a thorough job explaining what is exactly a hybrid mattress. He was kind. He was patient. He was knowledgeable. He made buying a mattress pleasant. Where do I begin? My sales person was STEFON, and when I tell you the expertise, knowledge, courtesy, respect, and diligence this young gives is top tier! You will not find anyone better! We started off purchasing two mattress’s for my home and later purchased 4 for my Airbnb’s and STEFON was excellent in research and pricing! This gentleman deserves nothing but praise and kudos and I will recommend him to everyone I know!

She was informative and allowed me to lay, toss, and turn on any mattress I wanted until I found my mattress of choice. If you looking for a new mattress go lay down with Rashida she knows her mattresses. The delivery team was on time and professional as well. Bed delivered and set up in about 30 minutes.
