Had a great experience with the District Manager and an associate who helped me with an issue related to the shipping of my auto delivery of a product. The district manager stopped his stock reset to assist the associate and resolve the matter in a professional manner. I would recommend this store and their management team! Thanks Chris and Jiare.

This GNC in Peachtree City is near Target. The store was fully stocked. Prices were more reasonable than Fayetteville store!

High, wasted, dazed and confused. I don't care what you do on your own time but the store smelled like pot and one of the employees had on dark glasses and was high. I'm also tired of the strong arm sales tactics and now they have stopped carrying the one product I buy there on a regular basis.

I walked in at 6:34 pm. The employee came from the back of the building. I asked about a product Prince of Peace Ginger Crystal's in a yellow box. He explained they did not have the product. I asked him would he mine calling the other store in Peachtree City. I was in the area but had to turn around since my store in Newnan was closing sooner than I could get there. He said he could not call but I could google the location and call and ask if the product was in stock. I consider this to be extremely poor customer service. Of course I knew I could google and call BUT he could have gone a little above and beyond and reach out to the other store that was 10 miles away.

The employees were rude, extremely standoffish and the least helpful or friendly people I've ever seen work in customer service.

Poor customer service. No greeting. No interest in helping me find a suitable product. I will try vitamin shoppe or Amazon. Why pay high prices with absolutely no service. I did mention it to the sales representative who had no good reason for crossing his arm and staying stationary behind the register in an empty store...smh

Store is supposed to be open at 12:19pm on a Monday, but lights are out, door is closed and there is no sign or note. The phone rings endlessly…
