I can't say enough positive things about Michele Coulter Salon. From the Salon Manager Riley to the owner Michele to the stylist I went to today, Ciarra. I had visited them and seen a stylist for an ombre a few days prior which unfortunately didn't hit the mark. I voiced my concerns same day and was reassured by Riley they would work to make sure I loved my hair. I came back today and saw Ciarra. Not only did she listen to me, but she was patient and so talented when it came to creating the perfect ombre for me. She spent 5 hours perfecting my hair to make sure I was happy. I almost cried when I saw the finished product. It was exactly what I wanted and a complete transformation from what I came in with. This is the kind of service that every client wants from their salon. Mistakes happen and stylists miss the mark occasionally, but the stamp of a good salon is how management treats their clients in these kinds of situations. I'm pleased to say that Michele, Riley and Ciarra nailed it today.

First time here and it was such an amazing experience!! I feel like a whole new person with the style I went with!! Marisa was wonderful and did an amazing job! She was super sweet and gave me great advice on my hair care! 20/10 ❤❤❤

Cannot recommend Kelsey Liff enough! No one has ever made me feel more comfortable at a salon. She’s so precise and always gets my color perfect. HIGHLY recommend!

I recently started working in the Milton area, and decided to try it because they use exclusive high end products. I usually spend several hundred dollars on my hair each visit for cut and color and in comparison I thought this was VERY reasonably priced. The scheduling was easy and I was able to get in within a week or two (what mom knows their schedule in 10 weeks???) My appt took about an hour and a half for color and cut....anywhere else takes 3-4 hrs. My stylist was Krista and she did exactly what I wanted, listened to my thoughts, and made great suggestions. She was friendly but not overly chatty and I was able to close my eyes and relax a moment. The service was amazing, but so was her technique. I've been with some of the most sought after stylists in atlanta where it's impossible to get an appointment at a ridiculous price. This salon and Krista were a hidden gem I was absolutely thrilled to find! Not cheap by any means, but the quality and service justified the price to me. I was SO happy with my hair....color and cut. Going back this Friday for my 2nd visit. I don't normally write reviews for anything, but this was just an excellent experience I HAD to share.

This Salon is my jam. Perfect cut, perfect color & I love the vibe. Also, it’s so pretty there. Connie is a cut/color genius. Amalia is so great too. You will love them.

10/10 recommend seeing Kelsey for all of your hair needs! I have tried every high end salon in Atlanta and Alpharetta and this is the first time someone has gotten what I asked for correct on the first try! Kelsey is SO talented and just KNOWS what you NEED! She really assesses your features and tells you what is going to be the best option for your hair health and overall goals. She took my hair that was down to my ribs and chopped it off to this and corrected my color — and I’m obsessed!!!!! I also wasn’t in the chair for 4+ hours like I was in most salons. As a mom of two, this alone is a reason to see her! I would give her 1000000 stars if I could! She’s the bomb!

I have had really good experiences here - had my hair cut and colored by 3 different stylists. The salon is small with a relaxed vibe and the owner is usually on premise. Laid back atmosphere with top-notch service!

April helped my daughter's acne so much and cleared her skin. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Love this place, Kelsey is wonderful!
She knows what’s she’s doing and I always leave looking amazing. She also takes care of my five year olds hair and my 18 year old !
Oh and let’s not forget the salon is stylish and clean!

My favorite stylist, KENDRA JORDAN just moved to Michelle Coulter Salon in Milton. I started using Kendra a few years ago when I was looking for a different stylist and was so lucky to find her! I am constantly delighted with the results of my hair appts and am a Kendra devotee. She is a talented colorist getting my grey under control while keeping base color and hi-lights uniform and looking natural and fresh. I can’t praise her enough. The salon itself is lovely, nestled in a cute area between shops and eateries. They use top of the line Oribe products (which my hair appreciated) and have a high class but comfortable atmosphere. 💇🏼‍♀ Go see Kendra!

Amalia is an amazing colorist and stylist. I found her when my hair was damaged and followed her to Michelle Coulter. She listens to me as a client and inserts her expertise to ensure my hair health is not compromised. I highly recommend!

Brittney has transformed my hair in the blonde bombshell hair of my dreams. I’ve seen her for over a year. She’s seriously talented and I highly recommend her!

Amalia did an amazing job on my hair. She was super attentive to detail and helped ensure that my curls we're still perfect even after a balayage!!

I booked my appointment for half highlights and trim with Krista as my stylist. She was able to look at my hair and mention doing full highlights, and boy was she right! She did a wonderful job with the color and cut, just in time for Spring! I highly recommend her if you need new stylist that knows how to color and does not take 5 hours to do! :)

Kyndra is a wonderful hairstylist. She really listens to her clients. Her suggestions are always on point and I trust her. The salon is really nice and I like the products they use. Highly recommend.

The salon itself is very nice and the staff is warm and welcoming. The only stylist I will ever use is Krista Church. She is beyond AMAZING at what she does. I’ve been blonde, brunette, and multiples colors in between and she always gives me a beautiful HEALTHY head of hair EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Just wait until when she washes your hair and gives you that head massage!!

I love this salon! It’s in the cutest area with a great vibe and I love that they sell oribe products, which are some of my favorites. I personally see Krista and she makes me feel a rockstar. We are always playing with my look, whether it’s new color or throwing in some extensions - I always leave feeling and looking amazing. She always knows what me and my hair need to keep us looking and feeling our best. Can’t say enough good things.
