Publix Super Market at Bethany Village

Thanks to Kyle and a nice Venezuela woman who works at customer service I will be back. They were very willing to help me out even if it was complicated. Please keep people like this who show they want to help at your location. Will let others know to come here.

The BEST Publix Location there is. Everyone is so genuinely kind, hardworking and helpful. Alfonso and Rosa in the deli are so great to speak with and are timely. The head of the meat department is also my favorite person! He is always kind and smiling. Knows both myself, my husband and my dad by name. The kind woman from Haiti with glasses in the Bakery has always been so thoughtful. Dream Team!!

Alonso at the deli has given the best customer service that I have received in a long time. He is quick, efficient, and great with customers. I will not visit another Publix as long as Alonso is working here. 10/10 in every category. Great work Alonso. We appreciate your service!

Alonso and Rosa make my subs with the most love and precision I’ve ever experienced at any publix. So accommodating and genuinely kind hearted. I make it a point to drive out of my way specifically for them. Thank you two so much!!

They're well-stocked with some cool stuff that I've never seen in other Publix stores. I've lived in Henry County, GA (mainly Stockbridge & McDonough) for about 20 years now, and NONE of the Publixes in the area give off a fresh, innovative vibe like this one! Customer service: ✔ ON POINT, Speed of check-out lines: 💯A+PLUS, and honestly, I'm a simple woman: Because I love the green, I love pretty much ALL Publixes, but I think this location is one of my TOP FIVE Publixes I've ever visited! 👍🏾😁✨

It was a quick in-and-out visit, and it was one of the EASIEST grocery-shopping trips I've ever EXPERIENCED!

Fast visit, able to get in and out quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Standard Publix, nice and clean. Each revisit is supporting the original review, very nice store and staff.

Great store. Cashiers don’t say hello often. But that’s the only negative.

So spacious, well organized, easy to find what you need, several choices, little bit lower prices when compared to similar chains, ample parking, EV Charging options.

All ticked in what you look for an exhausting grocery+veggies+protein buy for the family.

I would recommend using their App for coupons and discounts.

Brianna in the bakery did an amazing job saving my cake. I accidentally dropped it and she brought it back to life. Thanks Brianna (psst....give her a raise!)

This is one of my favorite Publix locations. It's always clean and organized, and the service is always impeccable. Huge shout-out to Savannah in the deli department. She is extremely helpful and personable

It's the usual affair. Good groceries, well stocked shelves and smooth checkouts.

Can one actually say anything bad about Publix?
Was in town visiting and I still cannot get over how amazing this supermarket is! Everytime I go into a Publix (there are none where I live) I never want to leave! I wish we had stores like this by me!!

Although it’s a smaller Publix, they have pretty much everything you need. They recently moved things around but I think it was done in a way that actually makes it easier to find things. The staff here is friendly and always asking to make sure you can find what you need. The store is well organized and clean. Produce is pretty fresh and well priced. At checkout they always offer to help you to your car which is a really nice gesture.

Love Publix! They always have super produce and I love their 5 Grain Italian Bread from the bakery. The store brands usually compare favorably with name brands and with some price comparisons and shopping sales you can find good deals.

One of my favorite Publix locations! Everyone is always so helpful and courteous, with a smile. They stock many of the specialty items we need and use. I love Publix! I also don't mind paying a little extra to shop at clean stores, stocked shelves, and fast checkout lines.

I have shopped at Publix in both Georgia and Florida.
And have never had a bad experience at any of them. This store is no exception. Polite courteous staff who greet you respectfully and give the quality of service that is not often seen these days. Always a pleasure.

I love publix cake. Most favorite sponge. If you give me few pieces of cake, out of that I can identify pubix cake. Along with this review I attached photos of cake which we ordered. If a very beautiful cake and everybody loved it.

Details of cake :
We ordered mermaid them cake with bottom layer chocolate flavor and top layer vanilla flavor sponge and garnished with butter cream. We have gardern fairy theam birthday party of my daughter. But she want mermaid one cake. So lady over their she improvise some of the decoration so that I can arrange my decoration ornament on cake. You can see cake pic, its goes with theam and its a win win situation for me. 1st pic which they provided and 2nd n 3rd pic after arrangements.

Staff over there is too supporive. First I reached near to 9 p.m. and they give me all details, register are available there, you can select from that, there are many options available if you have theam birthday party. You can improvise as per your choice. Even you can order online, every thing is available on that. Dont bother to order online its a just piece of cake. If you want some assistance reache at publix before 10 a.m. So that you can directly contact with the backer. Also we want cake at 10 oclock and its available.

Along with cake quality we get looks and service. Thank you Publix.

Hi all, I just wanted to start off saying, this is actually my local store, I’ve been here more times than I can count, it’s by far one of the friendliest ones I’ve been to. I was here Friday, just grabbing a few things for the weekend, when I heard a commotion. There was an additional left Hispanic lady screaming at the employees for no reason at all, again these are very friendly people, she was taking photos of the employees, and then denied the whole situation. Needless to say, I look here on the reviews, and I find that the same grown woman, has slandered these employees, and this store in particular. She was having a temper tantrum, and decided to talk so negatively about the store, knowing she’ll be back to shop here again. This was supposed to be a grown woman, and she was acting like a child. The review below mine, ENZO MONTANA, should NOT make your decision for this store. I hope everyone enjoys this store and the employees as much as I do.

I really enjoy shopping at Publix. It's such a wonderful store. The layout is really great and the displays are wonderful.

I find a lot of peace when I shop there. All of the staff are truly (Amazing!) 😊
