I had a pin/screw loose in my Rolex. I would usually go to the Roswell location, but had some other business in Buckhead and wanted to check out the new location in BHV. To say I was impressed was an understatement. The layout in great, and the staff is overly helpful. Sierra was quick to greet me and remembered me from previous visits to Roswell. She fixed my watch very quickly with a constant smile on her face. Glad to give my money to businesses that have employees this good!

Had a fantastic experience working with Kelly! I came into the store and he immediately greeted me and was super helpful. I explained that I was looking for a special watch for my upcoming wedding, and he immediately got to work! He followed up much sooner than expected and I am happy to say that I was able to purchase the exact timepiece that I wanted with plenty of time! The delivery experience was wonderful as well. Watch buying at Brown & Co is a luxurious affair. Kayli is my SA to the stars. She provided me with a thorough tour of the shop and educated me on the brands. I snagged a very cool Black Bay Ceramic which she was kind enough to change the straps on for me. Highly recommend and will certainly be back for future additions to my collection.

I've always respected Brown & Co Jewelers for their fair prices, excellent customer service, and great reputation. This week, I had the added pleasure of using their Appraisal services for the first time. Their appraiser, Nisha Goel was great to work with. Got the work done quickly but didn't rush the process, offering me time to ask questions along the way. The entire team that day (thanks Jackie for cleaning the ring pre-appraisal) treated me like family!

This was our first visit to Brown & Co and we left feeling so good about our choice in jewelers. Our intent was to obtain appraisals of jewelry for insurance purposes and Nisha was wonderful.We felt so comfortable and respected. She also connected us to other coworkers to help with additional repairs, sizing and purchases that we were interested in.

Decided to visit Brown & Co. looking for a particular watch. Knowing it’s a desirable model, I expected to have about a pretty long wait. Vonnie was knowledgeable and took the time to sit down with me, let me try the model I wanted on, but also set a realistic time frame (which I was already ready for) for when I could expect it to be in. Less than a month later Vonnie reached out that my watch was in. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Brown & Co. and with Vonnie.

We have been working with Kelly for some time. Recently, I poorly articulated a made up design that I was hoping to find in a very limited time frame. Kelly and his team took a simple single strand necklace and recreated it into two separate pieces and turned it into everything I hoped for.
