IC Racing found an old issue and corrected it for me at a good price. They also helped me get my main tool, my truck, back in action. This vehicle is my investigative surveillance vehicle, my film-TV precision driving and my primary transportation which all three duties are my source of income, so it was very important to us to keep it going. Hands down my best experience at a mechanic. He didn't have availability for that day, but listened to what issue I was having. He hopped in the car to see if he he could quickly diagnose the issue. He found the issue and fixed it for way less than I was expecting. Thank you so much for such a great experience. As a woman, i am always hesitant about mechanics, but they are more than fair and honest. I will be recommending everyone I know to come here.

I have taken my 1991 Jeep Wrangler to I C Racing for some upgrades and for some engine, exhaust and air work. I cannot express how extremely satisfied I am with their work. They are just fantastic at what they do. The owner came out and went over all of the work with me to ensure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend not only for the quality of work but also for the service. They will be the only place I take my Jeep!!

TLDR: service is fast, affordable, and high quality without unnecessary upsells, and staff is informed and kind. I won’t go anywhere else after working with them.

We needed to get some maintenance done on our Ford Edge, like ignition coils, brakes all around, and spark plugs, among other tune ups. For all ford dealerships, I was quoted over $2500 and at minimum a 7 business day wait on service, where I didn’t have my vehicle during that time. IC Racing pulled together my quote, recommended several ways to save money and get more out of our repairs, and was able to have our vehicle returned in about a day (despite an expected wait of 2-3). They used high quality parts and their prices were still significantly lower than a dealership repair, and during the entire process the owner and the project manager were incredibly kind and informative. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of (which happens frequently as a woman), and they explained every part of the repair step by step and why they were doing it. And now that we have our car back it drives like it just rolled off the dealership lot once more.

Whatever your needs are, from the latest to the greatest, Izzy, Kelly and crew can handle it. Expert work, Great prices. Wouldn't take my truck, cars, race car, or trailer anywhere else..

IC Racing is great. I just picked up my Subaru and the brakes feel great. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They even offered me a ride to and from the shop so I don’t have to walk home. I’m going to get the rest of the work for my car done at IC.

These guys are excellent. We have been using them for years. I enjoy speaking with the owner, Izzy, when I am there. They do a lot of custom work as well some very nice cars in the shop every time I've been there.

IC Racing has kept all of my cars running perfectly including my 2001 GMC Yukon, 2012 Honda Pilot and my 1970 Chevelle Malibu. They are also absolute experts at working on Classic Cars including engine work, air conditioning, suspension, brakes, interior, wiring, wheels, tires and any custom upgrades as well. IC Racing is the best! Point blank and period. As a single lady living out of state; away from friends and family. I was in need of repairs and didn't know who to trust. Well, IC Racing was around the corner from where I worked, so what the heck. I soon found out I was treated like family. Short on money but I got what I needed and repairs didn't break the bank. Kelly and Zizzy both fair and honest. An honest mechanic shop? Where can one find that now a days? I see posts claiming some bias with service but I cannot support that opinion. I was always been treated with the upmost respect and dignity.

My wife’s car needed the rear main seal replaced, took it back here and the work was done professionally. They also look the entire car over and suggest related work i.e. the transmission needed to be dropped to replace the rear main seal and there was a worn CV axle that needed to be replaced. That was the time to do it, saving extra labor.
It’s always fun to look at the classic cars they work on.

I should be ashamed of myself, taking this long to do this review, but without further ado here we go. So I purchased the MBRP Race Cat back Exhaust System, with black mufflers and tips , back around early August 2017 for my 2015 Eco boost and was hoping to have it installed before the Labor Day Weekend. It didn’t work out as planned, so I had to wait the following Tuesday 08-08-17 to get it installed. I went to this place I had never been to before, called IC Racing that specializes in muscle cars, etc. and boy did they do an awesome job and I didn’t get ripped off either. I will certainly be back here for more work and have mentioned this place to friends already. They are located on Buford Highway in Duluth GA. It took them about an hour and thirty to do the install and when the tech fired it up in in the install bay, a ginormous smile came on my face. That exhaust is loud and has a deep, deep tone, without all lot of rasp, especially on cold start. Even after it warms up and you are driving around, it’s still loud. Honestly it’s as close to a V8 sound on a 4 cylinder that will get. My neighbors know when I start up my car and they know when I get home lol. I especially love it when my neighbor’s dog, gets mad when I start it and starts howling. The exhaust has also turned a lot of heads and I get more people wanting to race me in Camero's, Charger, etc. some I have dusted off the line, but obviously lost in a straight line against those big V8’s lol.

So after paying right around $140 + for the install and pulling off, the car felt awesome. Throttle response is way more responsive and the Mustang takes off much quicker. People driving along and while you are at the traffic light can hear the exhaust, but the noise dies down a bit, when cruising in higher gears on the HWY. Hands down I, I wish I had gotten the exhaust sooner, but I spent months doing the research and initially upgraded my Inter-cooler, with a black Mishimoto I purchased and reviewed from CJ Pony Parts. That was also a necessary upgrade and well worth the month. Longevity wise, it will help my cars engine with the significant difference in cooling and now the exhaust system allowing the engine to exhale. One thing I forgot to mention when I got the exhaust installed. The tech originally indicated that most exhaust require some slight form of modification to get them to fit perfectly. Obviously he knows what he is doing and perhaps it’s also because he is meticulous, which I appreciate a lot. None the less, the tech mentioned that this unit fit perfectly with zero modifications required. MBRP did an awesome job with their measurements.

Kelly will make you feel like one of the family and Izzy will advice and fix your car as good as any mechanic out there. AND the prices are extremely fair, I have never felt hosed there - which is a lot to say for an auto shop.

I've been going to I.C. for over a decade, following them even as they moved to different locations. I live close to an hour away from their current location and still make it a point to have my vehicles serviced by them. Great service, fair pricing and a trusted partner!
