Barry and his team are amazing at their jobs! We needed to move into a bigger house to accommodate our family, but we had to sell the house we were living in first.
We had them list our house and we followed their advice down to the last detail. They did a big marketing push leading up to the day our house was to go on the market and had it under contract within 24 hours of listing it!
I'm not saying that every house they list will sell that fast, but they definitely know what they're doing.
The Peachtree City GA Real Estate team found a great house that matched almost everything we were looking for, but it was a foreclosure. The problem wasn't that it was a foreclosure as that made the price very affordable. The problem was dealing with the bank. They really made us jump through a lot of hoops, but Barry walked us through everything and handled all correspondence between the lender and the bank. We got the house and couldn't be happier about it!
I can't recommend Barry Garner and his team at Peachtree City GA Real Estate enough. They are super serious about their roles as real estate agents, but they are also super fun people who made a fairly stressful process so much easier!
