I’ve rented at the Courtland Street location several times at this point and Abel has always been so customer friendly, efficient, diligent in meeting your needs, and FAST! He gets me in and out so quickly every time. He’s very knowledgeable in his position and seems to be a very hard worker, always making the experience a very smooth one. Ketia was also very polite and patient! Cars are always clean and reliable from my experience.

The women at this location are amazing. They held business professional and took time to explain what is going to happen. Thank you for caring about my welfare and understanding. I appreciate yall

This is one of the best Avis (or any major rental agency for that matter) locations I’ve ever dealt with, and certainly in our dysfunctional post-pandemic world. Abel took care of me at the counter, and could not have been more professional, helpful, and cool. Same with everyone there, at least when I was picking my car up. They may have some bad days, it can be a stressful gig, and there’s a lot of unreasonable customers out there. But all was good with my experience there, and WAY better than my last experience with another company. Thanks again to Abel and all the crew at Avis DT Atlanta for getting my trip off right, it’ll definitely be my go-to Intown whenever I need a rental.

I’ve rented from this location a couple of times and am thoroughly pleased with my experience. Sharnise pleasantly assisted me and made sure I was in and out! When I rent from Avis I will definitely return here.

Customer service was really nice to me and got me in and out fairly quickly. Car was in great condition. Returning the car was simple. I have had a little more premium experience with other companies, but Avis was significantly cheaper for this trip and they did a great job. Won’t hesitate to rent from them in the future.

I don’t what these reviews are talking about. The light skin young lady and the other lady were so helpful to me. They got me in and out with great attitudes.

Ari is great branch manager! She gave me the best customer service, I would advise everyone to use the Courtland branch in downtown atl. The employees there are awesome!!

The staff is accommodating, but firm on their policies. The cars are always clean and they have the newest fleet out of all locations in my opinion. It’s smack dab in the city so it’s always busy, but they get you in and out in no time.

There is a young woman here that helped me today tremendously. I was at the wrong car company, she took the time and personally called a competing company to make sure I got to the right place. She’s fantastic and deserves a promotion for going above and beyond with her clients. Always reward your shining stars at a company!

We had the most pleasant experience. Quick and easy pick up service, car was nice and clean, needed air in one of the tires but that was handle just as quickly. We had the most friendly and professional customer service agent at both pick up and drop off. First time using Avis and it was much cheaper than our usual car rental company. I will definitely use them again.

Car was available on time. Rental staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sharnise in particular was very nice, patient and efficient in helping me and other customers during a busy time.

Sundays and Sharnise go together like fine wine. Sharnise went above and beyond to get me in a car and her kindness was infectious to all the people where were waiting.

I highly recommend this location and if you get a chance to say hello to her, say hello!.

Black Dodge charger - ATL to Saint Petersburg FL

After the Atlanta airport oversold their car rentals (boo to Dollar rental and many others), I had to find other means to reach my destination. I took an Uber ride to this location. The people at this rental office were so helpful and friendly. I drove off in my Toyota within minutes. Thanks for saving my two-day trip!

I don’t usually write google reviews but I think the staff here deserve a 5-star review! Even though they are busy dealing with multiple customers, they are still very attentive to details - I was returning a car here and noticed that the total was higher than the original estimate, so I was just standing by looking at the receipt trying to figure out the difference when one of the staff noticed me and offered to help. They fixed the problem in a very timely and attentive manner. I really appreciate it!

I love the Courtland Avis location and the staff has always been friendly and if you say you had a bad experience there then 9 times out of 10 you was the problem.

Always a pleasure at the Atlanta downtown Courtland Ave office. As long as you come in with what's needed and cars are available its hardly a problem!!!
