Clean, spacious & well-lit. Veronica showed us around and explained everything. Extremely helpful. Excellent location! Right off of I-16 & Pooler Parkway. Lots of flat bed carts to help move items. Highly recommend.

I stopped by to get details about possibly renting a unit here and the woman who helped me was very friendly and polite. Veronica eagerly answered any questions that I had and was helpful throughout our entire interaction. I will definitely be considering this place in the future due to the way the staff is. The building was tidy and well-kept as well which is a huge plus.

The storage is very clean and new. I would definitely recommend renting out storage from this place if you need additional storage. Veronica was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process.

Both Sharonda and Veronica both provided me an exceptional customer service experience while moving my things into storage. They both were friendly and the service was quick! No one likes the moving process but they both definitely made this an enjoyable experience!

I rented a storage space online and when I went to check it out, it wasn’t climate controlled which was my fault. So Veronica helped me out to switch units and she was incredible. She was so friendly and helpful. Then she showed me my new unit and she was great as she got me a unit right my the elevator which again was great! She really was helpful and I would highly recommend the new Extra Space Storage place in Pooler for the guest service alone. Thank you Veronica for all your help.

This storage facility is top of the line! Sharonda the facility manager is amazing she my brother in law loss his wife and relocated to Savannah, she made sure she took excellent care of his storage needs and was so sympathetic during this entire process. We are so lucky to have found this storage place. Thank you for being wonderful.

First of all, Ms. Sharonda is the absolute best!! I had a great vibe with her on the phone as she was confirming my reservation before I even met her in person. Her infectious smile and demeanor will make you feel extremely welcomed as you’re doing business with Extra Space. I appreciate her taking the time to take care of all of my needs during my moving transition. She made sure to get me a reasonably priced and suitable sized unit that was on the first floor, climate controlled, and within reasonable walking distance from the loading/unloading zone entrance. Keep up the excellent work, Ms. Sharonda!!!! Secondly , I must say…this is by far the cleanest and spacious of all Extra Space Storage locations I’ve ever used or visited. I’m glad I chose this one!

First off, this place has the best prices around, and plenty of unit sizes for anyone and anything you may need. Sharonda was extremely helpful and prompt, answering every question I had with clear and straightforward answers. You will not get the runaround here. Moving is stressful, but getting a unit here is not.
