AT&T Store

My fiancé and I went in last week and were greeted by Octavia and Jessica. Octavia was the associate who assisted us, and Jessica was actually there off the clock and ended up helping us out as well. Both ladies were INCREDIBLY helpful and their customer service was out of this world. Even got to chat on a personal level, which made getting new phones and new phone lines so much easier. We had some hiccups with the AT&T customer service rep when we had to call in the store, but Jessica and Octavia solved our issues no problem!

Joe and Sheldon and the beautiful girl working today (sorry forgot her name ) helped me with issues on my iPhone . They do not work for Apple , they work for ATT and still helped me and fixed the problem . I’ve been in this store before a few times for help and they’ve always been gracious and helped me even though they aren’t making a sale and that is true customer service . I’m so appreciative .

Not only did he help me set up my cellular plan with his exceptional knowledge and expertise, but he also made me feel like family with his friendly and welcoming demeanor. I was greeted immediately after entering the store. The lady that helped me, Jessica, was knowledgeable and very nice. She answered all my questions and activated my phone for me. She also helped me choose some accessories. I'm new to AT&T and happy I switched.

We got Great service at this ATT store. Go to this store! The other stores are Lousy! Pink is the best employee there to work with. She is Very knowledgeable. I also got great service from the manager ( sorry I don't remember his name). He was able to work magic with a phone problem. He and Pink are a great team!!

After having a negative experience at the 155 Traders Way location I was hesitant to go into this store location. When I entered it had a whole different vibe and the associate Christina came out and greeted me almost immediately. I ended up upgrading my phone because of how wonderful Christina was! She was genuine and you could tell she took pride in her work and store location. She answered all my questions and was able to put me at ease about upgrading my phone. I highly recommend this store and if you go ask for Christina. She is such a gem!

Recently I visited this store after my phone suffered a catastrophic break. The store was clean and comfortable. Elissa Cawley helped me. She provided several scenarios for me to replace my phone. While I went through the process, she was knowledgeable and keen to the different nuances of the phones I was considering. She offered cost effective solutions. I felt as if she was taking care of an old dear friend, not some stranger looking for a replacement phone. A true ambassador of her company! Thank you AT&T and Elissa!

Had a great experience in the store today! It’s nice to know there are still people that care about the customers! Caleb was awesome to work with and would highly recommend anyone needing wireless service to visit his location! Above and beyond

We went into the store to change over from Verizon and Christina was the only associate working but she greeted us with a smile and 45 mins later we left with new service provider and a new Apple Watch. She kept us entertained during the entire process and was just a “Gem” the entire time!! Give that one a raise!!

Caleb was awesome he helped me ,my wife and 2 daughters to upgrade our phones set them up and fixed plan issues we haven't been able to resolve for 3 years!!!

Excellent experience at the Pooler store. Manager Elissa and Associate Cristina were very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. My upgrade process with them exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

The people that were at the store we're really nice and helpful. AT&T put them thru the same BS as they put me through with the automatic phone system and finally taking to the guy in Indiana but I left my phone with them and came back in 3 hours 15 minutes later they had it working.

Stopped by today because my phone was acting up. The man who helped me was funny and took care of the issue quickly, plus got me a credit that was missing from my account!

The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. They couldn't fix the issue I'm having with my android auto but offered great suggestions.
