Printing papers for work was super easy once I went up and asked for help to a lady that was just getting off work. She explained everything simple and easy. Was out of there in few minutes

I needed to send a part to Texas in a hurry to get my big rig back on the road and I was taken care of professionally by Chris. He was cheerful and did a great job of sending out my part, even though it was Saturday. Great Job Chris!

My visit today to FedEx, was exemplary of just this. I went in with a bag of items I needed to send to a family member, and had the pleasure of being assisted by one of their employee, Miles. He was knowledgeable; knew exactly what would need to be done; and friendly!
While Miles was assisting me, another customer came to the counter and mentioned another employee helping at this store, Sandi, stating what great customer service she had provided to him and other customers there... without shipping a beat, and with a smile the entire time😁. If I could, if give this location 10- STARS!

Open until till 6 on sunday. I got there at 545 Great service. The rep was friendly and answered every question I had. She was great. The prints I got saved me a headache.

Jesus and his team provided excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this location.

I go there to copy music onto card stock so it will stay upright on the organ.

Oswaldo helped us to put together a program for my grandma’s funeral at the last minute. He went above and beyond to make sure that the final product reflected our needs and to get us the printed materials in time for the services. He was a lifesaver for my family.

The shipping center is right by the entrance and is self explanatory. Best place for quick FedEx drop offs.

I was panicking and probably not being the nicest because I thought my google equipment was lost and google was charging me for it right around Christmas. Joe the supervisor was so so so amazing went the extra mile to sort it all out for me and helped me figure out what was going on (google’s fault) and my package was on its way. He was kind and understanding and saved me a lot of stress. Also, ebony who answered my calls was so sweet and tried to help me as well.

Always good customer service. Few problems on occasion.

I only used the printing service; I am very satisfied with the customer service and the product. Ask for Chris, he had taken the time to show me samples and different quality paper. I got exactly what I asked for and it was a complicated order. It was also very fast.

I went to AeroGraphics in west valley a couple of times and they have bad service and quality. They never have the paper in stock that I wanted and they didn't want to take the time to show me samples and browse paper. The customer service is poor, they made it seem like too much work for them to cut it down to bleed and other preferences.

I often do some prints (color, mostly time) and always the result are how I expected. Crew is very helpful and not just for me as regular client, every person receives same treatment. I highly recommend this store.

Awesome customer service at this location, specifically from Chris, who has helped me on a handful of occasions over the last year or two. I'm always stuck overnighting large, heavy coolers, and they bend over backwards to make sure I'm taken care of. Highly recommended.

Twice now I have had to take packages to FedEx after work for my job - things that absolutely had to go to a customer that day but that we didn't have ready in time for our daily FedEx pick up. Both times I have been frazzled and stressed and annoyed by the situation, and both times the people at this FedEx location have been so friendly and helpful and calming. By the time I leave I'm feeling so much better. I really appreciate the good customer service here.

I was in a pinch on a layover in SLC and needed to print off some stuff for work. Paul was great- very friendly and super quick! The certificates came out wonderfully.

Awesome customer service. Late night 10:50pm, almost closing time and still got awesome customer service. The guy helped me fax my 40 pages last minute and was very helpful.

Marie was amazing and so helpful in ensuring I got exactly what I needed to get my shipment to Tennessee.

I had an extremely stressful day until Chris helped me with an expedited printing/shipping job. He makes paying a little extra for services worth it! Thanks Chris!
