Wilcox

I think that Wilcox is probably my favorite footwear company ever! I own a pair of the Shiloh boots and they are extremely comfortable, lightweight, and very good looking. Well worth the price. The athletic insoles that come with them have this little bump in them right where my toe joints are and it feels like my toes are laying on a small pillow. I really like them. And, when my athletic insoles wore out, Wilcox send me a new pair of insoles for FREE!!! Talk about fantastic customer service. I will only buy my boots from Wilcox. These guys are amazing.

Comfortable and rugged. Love these things

I bought a pair of Wilcox Boots on January 1st. I got them within a week. They were the wrong size so I sent them back. When I got the new size I went to try them on for the first time and a hook on the lacing broke off. I sent the boots back and asked for a refund. Instead of a refund they sent me another pair of boots the wrong size. They take forever to answer emails and don’t have a phone number on their website. Very difficult to deal with. I am very frustrated and want my money back and they won’t answer me.

I ordered my second pair of boots but they arrived damaged and WILCOX did not replace them. They told me I could go take them to go get fixed and they would give my 25 dollars for my inconvenience. There is no shops where I live. The hook on the lacing was missing. BE AWARE THIS COMPANY ARE CROOKS!
