Great bank! Awesome customer service. I really like this bank because when I call, I get a real person and not a machine telling me to push 50-11 buttons and then leave a message.

I love banking with People's. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Zona is the best!

Worst Bank Ever. Dont do business with them. Most of the tellers are Karens with very nasty attitudes. They treated us like they didn't want to be bothered. They treated this black guy next to us even worse!! Ever since Sydney left the branch on Jefferson its been horrible!!!!

Worse bank ever , I called them to see why my cash out didn’t work for cash app and I was very hostile about it because I did directly to my account. They told me the money was going to be in my account the next day which would’ve been 2 days until I received my money. The same day I called them which was yesterday I looked in my account later that night and the money was in my account. Although they told me they didn’t have the ability to make it go quicker which was a lie. That’s not the worse part now my card is being decline at every merchant , ATM and the bank. I don’t know if they closed my account with the money still in there or what but they don’t even have a 24/7 service.Also the bank is open at the main office in New Roads today 8-12pm and they don’t even have a way to contact them today. I would have to wait until Monday for a resolution on my money and that’s just unacceptable.
