Dots Diner - River Ridge

Diner with large menu featured classic diner fare. Ordered Dot's Big Breakfast. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and I left feeling satisfied.

This Yankee was treated well. The food was artery clogging delicious 😋. My server was pleasant. The lady who rang me up was from New Jersey, she recognized my so called accent and knew I was from the Colonies.
Delightful lady indeed. So don't hesitate to stop in if you want good food!

I had the grilled chicken breast with macaroni and cheese, garlic bread, and California Mix veggies. Everything was so good!

Our first visit on 11/26/2022. We enjoyed the food and the service. If you like dinner food, you will have a good time here.

We felt like we were back in our hometown in Florida. You feel at home when you walk into Dots. All the staff were a delight. We both had the Seafood Omelette with cheese grits, but my husband had a biscuit and I had toast. We'd never been to Dots, as we were visiting from Florida and this was the perfect send-off meal from Louisiana. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.

I stopped in here on a whim while road tripping and I fell in love!! My breakfast was absolutely delicious, and my sever Abbi was incredible! She really went above and beyond with the service. Great place, great staff, great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!!

His is a great little place for breakfast. My husband had the Crawfish Creole Queen (amazing) and I hade the Chicken Fried Steak, which was fantastic! I also tried the beignet stix (awesome). Our server, Rebecca was super sweet and attentive. We will definitely be back during our visit!

I ordered the catfish with Crawfish Julie sauce & sweet potatoe fries ! The staff ,was very nice ! Even came out to meet my Washington state husky Dawgs ! We family now ,hear!

Love this place. The 50s/60s vibe is great. The staff is kind and very efficient. My guest and I ways feel welcomed. And the food is good too. Prices are reasonable and portions are great. What's not to love. Recommend!

So, I was visiting my neighbor and we both were hungry. It was late at night and decided to go to Dot's. Well they did not disappoint. I had the chicken fried steak, two eggs, hash browns (cooked to the perfection), and cheese grits. The portions were huge! Our waitress was amazing. Although she was eight months pregnant, she was spot-on! We didn't realize that we had showed up 20 mins before closing. Still, our waitress had a smile on her face as well as the cooks. I decided to give her a $30 tip which I'm sure she shared with the cook. They earned it!

This is the kind of classic All American diner that isn’t common these days. Good food, good service and good prices.

We stopped in Dot's diner for breakfast. The breakfasts were huge servings. The service was friendly. We enjoyed our visit. We also had the beignet strips which were absolutely amazing. This is a must see when you're in New Orleans.

We we're on the way to find breakfast and saw Dot's on the side of the road and had to try it out. So glad that we stopped here. They are so friendly and the food is great! It's a true authentic diner. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

My wife and I have been eating here for nearly a decade. We love it as much as we ever have. The friendly and lively staff harbor an entertaining and welcoming atmosphere. Top quality diner with top quality food.

Delicious breakfast, great omelettes and excellent pancakes and French toast.
