Carlton's Seafood

The crawfish seasoning was very good for takeout ( since they have to calculate for someone who may not do salt or season very well (you can’t please everyone). The shrimp was tough to peel, and the shell was thin, but it was about 1.5 hours before they closed, and it was the last bag they had for the night, so therefore, I knew that might happen. Now, the corn, sausage, and guh I'm we say they were great. Mouth-watering

We just had lunch here and had crabs, boudin balls, pistolets, and a burger. Everything was fantastic. The burger tasted like it was made in house and the bread too, my son raved about it. The crabs were HUGE I've literally never seen them this large and they were stuffed full.my new go-to place

The roast beef poboy is amazing. And we always get the onion strings. Cool Cajun atmosphere for dining in.

Boiled crawfish, corn and potatoes were seasoned PERFECTLY and so incredibly delicious!

We stopped to pick up gumbo that we had ordered to eat for Christmas, and then decided to eat lunch there. The shrimp poboys were excellent. Loaded with shrimp that had a little kick to the taste, and the bread was soft and not too thick. We will definitely eat there again. The people were so nice and the service was very good, too. I really liked how clean the restaurant seemed also.

Best shrimp salad ever! Even when you're full, you can't stop going back for more bites. Lol! Plus, the homemade croutons and house dressing are delicious!

Ordered live crawfish & fresh catfish. They were excellent. The service was great.

The food is delicious. Hands down my favorite place to get boudin balls. They also sell jambalaya balls which are great. The staff is pretty nice but the food is what earns this place 5 stars. Very relaxed place to grab a bite.

Carlton's was incredibly accommodating tonight when my wife and I walked in at about 6:45 not knowing they close at 7. After we realized they were about to close we asked to get a bag to take our crawfish to go, but they let us finish them while they cleaned up. Not to mention, the crawfish were freaking delicious.

Carltons seafood is always fresh & hot. Their crawfish pies are a treat. Get them from the freezer & bring one home. Great for family dinner when you don't want to cook. Just pop it in the oven.

Love this place for Crawfish (live or boiled) and seafood in general. Some of the best crawfish etouffe I've ever had! Really good gumbo as well.

The food was great. My girlfriend and I didn't even eat the seafood but can't wait to try it next time. She had a hamberger po boy and I ate a chicken salad and we both are full and happy

Great food, hamburger was awesome, and the seafood gumbo my fiancé got was exceptional with plenty of crab and shrimp. Everyone working there was extremely friendly, definitely a family establishment

Best boiled crawfish I have ever had. Deli food is great also. Always cooked to order.

Reserved a sack of crawfish for Easter Sunday and was not disappointed. Will definitely be ordering from Carlton's in the future.
