Cafe Phoenicia

First time my mom and I tried this place since we didn’t want to go far, we LOVEDDDDDD EVERYTHING!!! We had the egg rolls, the shrimp tortellini, & the shrimp and crawfish Diablo with feta salad and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will be back.

Excellent! Food was awesome, service was spectacular, a very nice night out. I've never had anything that I didn't like here. Staff is always upbeat and friendly.

Food was flavorful (shrimp overcooked a bit, but still good). Service attentive but not hovering.

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal there. The Gabriel and Mediterranean humus were excellent.

Enjoyed my falafel wrap. The wrap comes with house-made hummus and a salad with house-made dressing on the side, both excellent. The Lebanese-style iced tea is a refreshing change from the standard iced tea. Nice atmosphere and good service.

Nov 2023: Four years after visiting this restaurant for the first time from out of town, I was back in town and ate dinner here. I ordered the Veggie Phoenicia mixed plate with a cup of lentil soup as an appetizer. It was all delicious. I ordered pumpkin cheesecake for dessert and really enjoyed that as well. As before, good service and atmosphere. I really like this restaurant.

I've been coming to this restaurant practically since it opened years ago and it is still wonderful.

Quick service, accommodating on food substitutions and large portions!

My mom and I went to eat. We arrived later than expected and it ended up being 30 minutes before closing. Our waitress never rushed us or made us feel unwelcome. The food was delicious and came out quickly.

Convenient Location.

Take out ready quickly, the food was tasty. The cheese sticks and pasta were amazing. The salad was fresh but a little tangy for me.

Service was on point without being overbearing. Food was great. We had the lobster raviolli, fried cheese, hummus (loaded), and shrimp tortellini. All was very good.

McDonald's! Ended up here for an unplanned dinner out. We wanted something different and both agreed upon Cafe Phoenicia.

My husband ordered the Gyro and Chicken Swarma combo which also included a Greek Salad, hummus, pita bread and rice.

I ordered the Gyro Dinner which came with the same sides as above.

Everything on each of our plates was cooked to perfection. I had enough leftovers to bring home for a nice lunch the next day.

The dining room is nice and spacious here and not crowded. You can carry on a conversation and be heard, unlike some other dining establishments in the area. Staff and waitresses are very knowledgeable about the menu and quick to catch refilling your drinks.

We had a very enjoyable dinner and I can't wait to go back!

The service was excellent! The food was very good! It was a very pleasant dinner experience for my husband and I. It is a hidden gem in Central.

I Recently dined at Phoenicia restaurant in Central near my home. I was surprised to learn it has been operating for nearly 6 years. My wife and I usually go into BR to have Greek food. We were very pleased and the portions were plenty and had to ask for take home boxes. The food was definitely as good as the more established eateries in the city and the service was excellent. We will go again and highly recommend!
