Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group North Point

I love this clinic! The staff has always been very kind, patient, and helpful. I've used them as my primary care for several years and have never had a problem with a visit. I love that their walk in clinic is open 7-7 and counts as a PCP visit. It helps a lot with being seen after work!

I have been a patient of North Point for probably the last 15 years and I can't speak highly enough of PA Tracey Reily and MA Tara. They are God sends and have helped each and every time I need medical assistance with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism. No matter how many times I call or message them, they have responded immediately every single time. They are at the top of their profession and I HIGHLY recommend them both.

Dr Dean and his Stagg are amazing. Easy to get appointments most times of the year. They always keep you up to date of inoculations you need, medicines that may conflict with new prescriptions, and always give you a basic health summary information sheet when your visit is complete.
They use MYChart so information is shared between the majority of providers in our area. This helps to keep you and your doctors all informed about chages in your health and medications.
On top of all of these great services they also have a great after-hours clinic with no appointments needed to treat time sensitive but non-emergency issues.

Appointments are available fairly quickly. Clean and sanitary. Nice looking location. Dr Dean is very easy to talk to and so are the nurses.

Everyone is so attentive and caring. Allison Jackson is such a GEM! Allison knows just how to calm any of my fears and truly is a rock star. Thank you Allison and everyone at North Point for taking such good care of me and my family for all these years.

If you’re going to see PA Guarino, don’t waste your time or money. She is absolutely horrible at taking care of patients.

Have been seeing Dr. Herschel Dean for years and couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend him to everyone.

The clinic appears clean and sanitary. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff are somewhat friendly. The nurses have all been very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Kyle Dean is outstanding. Some of the PA's have attitude problems and huffs and puffs about serious issues and medical problems.
Would recommend.
But maybe stick with the doctors.

I have been a patient for about 20 yrs. They have always been EXCELLENT until about 2016. I think this may have been about they time they became part of the Lake.

Now...they are still good but not like before. Seems like any other doctors office now. Staff is nice, doctors are still great but now anything that is needed requires multiple phone calls or appts.

I would still recommend them but not give the praises I would have before.

Very convenient having a walk in clinic attached to my doctors office. The wait time was very little but it was early in the morning
