This place is a hidden gem! First time here and it was absolutely outstanding. All the wait staff were very friendly and smiling. Our server Mason was great. He answered all my questions and recommended items on the menu. They were packed when we arrived, so we decided to sit on the patio. The food took a little bit to come out, but we were brought out another complementary crab dip with crackers. This crab dip was amazing and is worth going just for that. We had fried fish tacos, panko crusted grouper sandwich, and kids popcorn shrimp. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back and we HIGHLY recommend trying this place out.

It's a very nice restaurant in Jasper! The interior is very welcoming and has a nice seafood feel to it. The service was just perfect for us. Our server took great care of us. He just seemed to show up perfectly when we needed him.

As for the food, the prices were decent, and the food selections were nice. It's a nice menu for most families dining out. We enjoyed our meals, I liked the scallops and shrimp.

The keylime pies was good, maybe not the best I have tasted, but still very good. I used to live in Key West and visit there every year, so I end up trying Key Lime pie from many places.

I have to say the Last Catch is a definite must try if you are in the area!

Wow, what a great lunch. The best fish tacos I have ever had, they were blakened mahi with a great seasoning and a spicy mango salsa. My family loved their grouper and catfish as well.

Great casual seafood. Very local hometown vibe. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. If you're looking for a casual (jeans, T-shirt and not much of a bar) kind of dinner.. this is the one! Highly recommend the scallops :)

My husband and I went here recently and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh and hot. Our server, Mason, did a great job of waiting on us. The banana pudding with peanut butter was offbeat, but delicious. The hush puppies were overcooked and mushy in the middle though. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic fresh seafood in the mountains of north Georgia! The seafood quality and taste have been consistently superb in all the years since Jim and Kim first opened The Last Catch.

Though Jim is no longer with us, their son continues to create inspired dishes just like his dad. It doesn't matter what you select; everything is wonderful!

This restaurant is a hidden gem the locals like to share with our visitors.

The food was delicious! There were four in our group. We all had a different dish. No one complained about anything except over eating.
The server was efficient, fast, and friendly.
The price was reasonable.

This is a real hidden gem! Delish! We started off with a basket of onion rings and it was nearly a whole onion fried up, the biggest basket of onion rings I have ever seen. Also ordered a fried flounder basket and a catfish and shrimp basket and everything was incredible!! Very tender and fresh fish, the hushpuppies were homemade and amazing!. Don't walk, run to this place! We will def be back! Service was great, ask for Jacqueline.

We live 2.5 hrs away, but I will make sure we come back to eat here as often as possible. The food was excellent and as good as eating fresh right on the beach. I had the blackened seafood combo. The shrimp, scallops and oysters were all so good

Best owner and staff. Well worth the drive.
I want to add, we have been driving once per week at 1 hour and 15 minutes each way for 7 years now.
We have never had a bad experience here.
The owner, Kim, is originally from Charleston, SC and let me tell you, she knows seafood.
The staff is the best with customer

I love Last Catch! Went this weekend for my birthday lunch with my family. I got the combo platter blackened. It was great! They let me substitute extra shrimp for the oysters no charge. I thought that was nice. So my combo platter was shrimp, scallops, flounder, and deviled crab with squash and zucchini. Delicious! Sidenote: I like that their hush puppies have corn kernels in them. Gives them a little pizzazz I think. I drive up from Kennesaw/Acworth to eat here and it's worth every mile.

We had an awesome dinner last night despite the fact that the restaurant was very busy. My husband had the blackened grouper - large portion and tasty. I went with the fried shrimp and they didn’t disappoint. As always, the hush puppies - yum! And our server, Jacqueline, was the best! Super sweet and on top of it. Dessert to go was a great choice.

This place is a wonderful place to eat! My husband & I are staying in Jasper this weekend & decided to stop by Saturday evening. We are so glad we did. The owner Kim was very welcoming & so sweet. The atmosphere felt like we were back in our small little town eating like regulars. The food was amazing! Can’t recommend this place enough. If you get the chance, please go. We will definitely be back.

Maybe it was just because I wasn’t expecting it… but It was a simply some of the best seafood in Georgia. Get this on your list this fall! Drive to Jasper see the leaves, pick some apples, visit a vineyard, but you’re missing out if you don’t stop by at Last Catch. The fish sandwich was so good and the shrimp reminded me of SC.

The food was delicious! The only complaint I have is that the waitress was a little pushy. We had never been before and needed extra time to look over the menu. Also. They had a shrimp po boy for lunch but not dinner. So we ask for a bun of some sort (they sold a flounder sandwich for dinner time) she said “we don’t just sell a piece of bread”…we we’re going to make our own..from the shrimp basket..but overall the it was good.
