Every time I come the woman (Ashley) and the Hispanic woman (Rocile )at the front desk always help with no hesitation and has patience no matter what the issue is . Even though it’s a stressful environment, they are always polite. ..

The forklifter (Willie D )always get my cars loaded safely and efficiently and he’s always respectful no matter the time , weather or if it’s crowded.

Without them I feel that place would fall to pieces and I hope they are appreciated. In my opinion they need a raise or promotion for what they have to deal with on a daily basis.

Lately, this place has been very helpful, polite, and fast friendly, and the load is already lineup in the back to get loaded.

Very efficient and well organized people. Love picking cars there . Willie the loader is exceptionally good and the ladies up front desk very efficient. I always looking forward as a transporter.

On our way there something popped off a dump truck and smashed my windshield. Once we arrive the staff was very nice and helpful although we had a lot of people waiting it took only about 45 minutes for them to pull the car to the front so we can get our personal items out of it.

The customer service at this location is beyond excellent. We had an issue with a wire, and corporate office was unreachable for days. The staff a this location, did everything and beyond of their capabilities to resolve the issue. We had no support from the corporate office, all the support was from this branch. Lacey, Marion, Christie and Britney were extremely helpful and dedicated in solving this issue. The corporate office should send their employees for training in customer service support and problem solution management to this location!

I have nothing but good things to say about this cop art facility. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle but I can say that the general manager went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions and was very nice. From my experience I would definitely come here again

My husband and I lost our car on New Years day this year. We called USAA and received the total lost documents within 48 hours..We drove to the COPART in Baton Rouge on the 17th of January, delivered the paperwork and USAA deposited the funds in our account on Thursday, January 20th. COPART did an awesome job.

At first I thought this was gonna be a bad experience, but once I got there the staff (Tusie) was really friendly and helpful made my transaction really easy. I have already bought two cars from this location within the past month. I will be doing business with them on the regular.

I have been on copart for about a year now, never ran into any problems. I ran into a little problem and therefore called. When I called and I explained what happened to the manager Mark, he was very respectful and got down to the bottum of it to see what really happened. I just wanted to say he really cares about his customers and wants to help them to full extent. Thank you!

Twice I called to ask questions before and after purchasing a truck. Twice the phone was answered quickly, and the employees I spoke with were very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Ms. Lindsay and Ms. Sharrell had me laughing the whole time I was there. Great price on Chevrolet Traverse too.

Tyler is the yard manager. He is young and enthusiastic about his work. Tons of cars to choose from. The best part is that they are CHEAP!! bought a whole truck for $800 definitely for parts though.
