Large convenience store and fuel pumps. Open 24 hours. Parking lot can be kinda sketchy late at night

Customer service always great, but people wander the parking lot and approach you asking for money at all hours.

They lie about being 24 hours and they be closing.

If you are aware of the prices & as you charge for item if the charge in system is different that advertising what should you do?? Well my receipt reflects that employee says you either want it or not i can’t adjust any prices.
Sadly i had no option needed cup of ice for swollen foot & drink to take meds.

This Circle K is full of the laziest and most disrespectful people you will ever deal with. They have the same problems as 8 years ago, as you can see from the other reviews. The employees never put out food like they are supposed to every day. The employees lock the doors at night and sit on their phones so they don't need to interact with customers. The employees give away polar pops to customers without paying, so they don't have to do their job and ring them up. This place needs to fire all their staff and start over because I won't go back and the owner is likely losing thousands. This is basically a store staffed by the mentally challenged. I believe the entire staff shares a single brain cell.

This is the worst gas station on God’s green earth. All of their pumps are broken except for 2, which take 20 minutes to fill up a tank. Now, they only take cash, while most circle k’s have self checkout. Absurd that whoever is running this place is too cheap to fix it up. It’s in one of the most popular areas on campus, take some pride in your business.

This store is staffed by slow people. Stop spending your money here. I've never encountered a more disrespectful and mentally dull staff. They hire people who undoubtedly belong in special ed.

NOT OPEN 24 HRS. Not sure what's going on, but they close at random times on random nights. I feel for the workers--they may be vastly understaffed--but there's no update on hours open-close, and by 11 PM on any given night, you can watch person after person walk up to the doors and try the handle only to find the place locked up (but the lights still on). For a convenience/gas spot in an ULTRA busy area, I sure do wish they would update their hours.

Ive been going to this gas station for over a year now but this is the first time I experienced extremely disrespectful behaviour from one of the employees. She was completely uninterested in her job. She was working at the register and wouldn’t bother ringing up the items or bagging them at the end. She was too busy texting and when I asked her to continue the payment she looked at me as if I asked her to lick my shoes. The worst customer service. If she doesn’t want to work don’t bother showing up. Beware of the female working at night with the bob cut.

Drove 15 minutes to this 24 hour store and the store was closed. Lights on, employee present, doors open, but he refused to let me in. Also flipped me off when I asked why I couldn't come in as it is a 24 hour store.

I will not be going back to this location, thanks for wasting my time!

Doors locked. I see an employee walking around in there but she doesn't seem to care, multiple people walked up and left. 4pm on 8/12/23

I wish I could give this NO STARS. I live on e state street near the LSU campus. Every night during the shift change they close the store for no less than 20 min. This happens every night. Not only are the night shift employees extremely rude but they have no problem losing the business's money. I have watched them turn away at least 25+ customers during this time. They lock the door and watch as people repeatedly try to enter and pay for gas. This is no way to run a business and this is how they choose to let their business be ran, by ignorant people.
