Very clean store with a friendly staff. Actually I had one of the guys in lumber to come up and ask if I needed help. Then he showed me where everything I needed was located. That right there cut down my wandering around.

I was looking for a specific saw.
I was asked if needed help finding what I needed. I was shown right where it was. Asked again if I needed anything else she could do for me.
I was in and out in no time
I like how what you need can be looked up and located. Lowes is a huge retailer. Lots of aisles and merchandise. I appreciate the help and sincerity of the employees.

I called Saturday morning to see if they had any St. Augustine grass. I had the pleasure to speak with Ms. Gina. Ms. Gina, in the garden center, told me they did and asked how much did I need. Not only did she and Ms. Sarah put it on the side, but assisted in putting the grass in the car. She also advised me of how to care for it. I will be going back to purchase more plants, thanks to Ms. Gina.

Lowes always have my products delivered on time. Great prices.

Needed a few items for a DIY home project. The associates were not only helpful individually, they sorta ganged up on me and treated my situation with a team effort. I was done within minutes and spent a little extra time (and money) in their well stocked garden department.

Recently moved back to Louisiana from Kentucky. I had purchased 2 Brondell Swash Ecoseat for my bathrooms. I don't know how I ever lived without one before. When I returned to Louisiana, one if the first thing was go to my local Lowe's to purchase another. Without a doubt my finest investment. It may be pricey, but the money I save in toilet tissue, the seat will pay for itself. Easy to install and I love going to the bathroom again. A definite must have for all homes.

Having been to home depot before and experiencing how bad their customer service is I can say that almost every employee was great, either answering and question, pointing out where to find an item and especially at the end the people at the PRO register went out of their way to make sure our visit was satisfactory. I wish I could name the people that helped us out because they deserve recognition

I needed to buy a new stove ASAP before the holidays. I was truly blessed with Quentin as my salesperson. He immediately checked stock and tagged the stove in the storeroom that I wanted and arranged delivery in 2 days!! In addition, he suggested I apply for credit which saved an additional 20%. And all in less than 15 minutes for the entire transaction. A truly GREAT employee who positively exemplifies AMAZING customer service!

I called about an in-store only deal on a grill that I had heard about from a friend. The associate (so sorry I didn't catch her name - she was working in seasonal department) was friendly and very helpful despite being by herself in the busy department that day. She informed me that the grill was on an even better sale than I had anticipated, and even went so far as to take it off the floor and hold it for us because it was the last one they had in stock. The experience made our whole weekend!

Had a fantastic trip to this store. Staff was off the chain helpful. A pleasant surprise under the circumstances. First time shopping that location, but it won't be the last.

I only shop the Garden center but everyone there is so friendly! There’s a blonde lady in the garden center that is so knowledgeable…I can’t remember her name but she’s so kind and helpful.

Just left Lowe's, the two young ladies at self checkout , was very helpful finding the bar codes for some items I purchased.

I tried *seven* different stores before I finally found the style of T1-11 siding that I needed at the Lowes on Jefferson Highway. Cherrie in the Pro Service department was *so* helpful (and the other store employees were great, too). I really appreciated all her effort to help me find the siding I needed.

App stock always matches physical store stock, usually friendly. Only think that bugs me is when I go in after work and I'm wearing my dirty work clothes people follow me around like I'm going to steal something and then I pull out $100 and .they look like stupid

My experience here was absolutely wonderful because of Mr. Quentin, he helped me with ease and grace; he was patient and knowledgeable about what I was asking him, as well as, what I needed! Fantastic experience! Needed help getting folding tables from up high. Dantrell went above and beyond helping to get them down. The best!!!
