I recently sold my house with Austin Stiles at Evans group.
I had a few different realtors come and look at my house initially with large differences in opinion of what I should list my house at. After we walked through my house Austin came to me with a very educated listing price that I was more than happy with.

Once the house went live, not only did we have plenty of showings and offers withing the first 48 hours. But he also kept the entire process easy and moving as we received a full price offer and quickly went to closing. I can't say enough good things.
