We stored household goods and furniture for several months during our moving process. Our unit was on the 3rd floor. It was so easy to access and move everything! They provide ongoing access to high quality carts so we good move items in and out anytime. The large elevators make it all go very smoothly. The facility is very clean, climate-controlled and secure. The pricing is very reasonable as well. The entire process from our initial reservation to moving out was super easy! I highly recommend using Sixty 5 Self Storage if you need to store things you care about.

Simply the best storage place in Springfield, MO! We knew someone that had an awful storage experience at another place in town where all their stuff was stolen as in inside job so I was weary to store my stuff in town but luckily found Sixty5 storage! They may be a little more than some other places but the service is good and my belongings were safe while stored there. Anna and Ruth are simply amazing to work with. I’m not surprised that they are mentioned so much in so many reviews because these ladies could teach classes about superior customer service!!! They are professional, kind and friendly and did everything so fast and easy in terms of setting up service. I filled up one unit and needed a second one last minute and they found me a second unit. Super easy access in terms of getting your stuff in and out. They have lots of carts up front and two large service elevators along with cameras everywhere and it’s well lit. They also have various sized storage units and they are all climate controlled. Don’t be worried if you have to be placed on a waiting list. I got off the waiting list in prob less than a week!

I am an appraiser and a Realtor and leased a small unit shortly after the facility opened up until about a month ago. I used the unit for file storage. The location is convenient. Access to the building and units are easy. It was always clean and I felt it was safe and secure. I would definitely rent a unit again if I were to have a future need.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They Check all the units often too! Didn't lock my mine correctly and they texted to let me know a few hours later. Very clean and even bathrooms in the storage area. I feel safe keeping my things here.

Great experience with self storage. Was really happy with the security of the building, size and cleanliness of the unit, climate control, access hours, and the carts available for moving. It’s a bit pricier but worth it and Ruth was always super helpful.

This is the best storage facility in SW Missouri! I rented a unit for almost 8 months and it was wonderful. Very safe with keypad entry and cameras everywhere. Inside is climate controlled which makes moving in winter or summer months so much easier. Conveniently located just off E Sunshine in Springfield. The inside was always spotless and didn’t smell musty or old. Always fresh and clean. Plus Ruth the property manager is so kind and very helpful. I highly recommend them and would rent again!

This place is BEYOND any other storage I have ever used! The smiles and helpfulness of Anna and Ruth reminded me of the customer service that used to be the norm but I rarely see currently. It was just a delightful experience!

Eddie was very kind and professional in helping me decide which unit I needed. I've never used climate controlled storage before so he patiently gave me a tour of their facilities. The security is impressive and I feel very safe leaving my heirloom antiques there. The location is wonderful and very easy to get to. Being able to unload and get inside the air conditioned building made our move much more enjoyable. I was a little worried about the elevators but with the free dollies they provide, the move was a breeze. I highly recommend this place. The price is worth it.

Hands down the best, most secure, nicest storage units in the Springfield! I was on the fence at first when looking for a unit, but then I stopped by the property and saw how tight the security is at the facility. Everything is brand new and clean and the management is the best! Ruth took me on a full tour showing me different sizes of units and really took the time to help me find what worked best for me. I love it and they’ve got my business for life!

My family had a couple of storage units at Sixty 5 Self storage. Everytime we went there the place was always very clean and very secure. The bathrooms are also clean and the workers are friendly and professional. Next time we need climate controlled storage we will definitely be choosing Sixty 5 Self storage!

I am a licensed Realtor and professional home stager. I've utilized Sixty 5 Self Storage for a year now and I could not be happier. My home staging furnishings and accessories have to stay in prestine condition. Sixty 5 is extraordinarily clean. The doors and hallways are extra wide and they have large service elevators. The building is safe, secured, and climate controlled. The service is also spectacular. Eddie and Ruth are take excellent care of the building and their customers.

Ruth was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. A new storage facility you would expect it to be clean but I was very impressed at how immaculate it was. Safety is top notch and trolly carts available for easy access to unit. A+++

Great service and business. Moved into 2 units the week they opened and just recently completed move out. VERY clean, convenient, and safe. Ruth and her crew are great to work with. If anyone needs a little extra space temporary or a little longer term, this is a top notch place.

This storage facility might cost more than others in the area but it's got more security than the others. If you want to store anything of value it's safe here. It's clean and climate controlled and all indoors.
