The Resource Center has saved me 100s of dollars per year. I’ve been a customer twice now. Only ever switched carriers because I moved out of state briefly. The biggest reason for me staying a customer and recommending others to take their business to the company is Matt Ourth. The man is very knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t know one person who enjoys contacting customer service for anything but he breaks that stigma. Every issue gets resolved, you can tell he cares about his clients and he just gets the job done.

I have been using The Resource Center for my home and auto insurance needs since July of 2020. I have consistently received fantastic service from multiple different people who work here since I became a customer. I am a single mother who works full-time and goes to college full-time, so my resources and time are severely limited. This year before my existing policy renewed, I was contacted by this team out of the blue and they informed me that they could cancel my old policy and save me about $1000 on my premium for the year AND bring down my deductibles from $5000 to $1500! The fact that they did this in their own and reached out to me on their own volition was HUGE and speaks to their integrity and how much they actually care about their customers. This was a huge blessing for me, as again I am so limited in time and resources (financially and other!).

Recently, I have had two major issues with homeownership that were causing me a lot of grief. Matt Ourth from The Resource Center has not only answered me in a timely manner whenever I reach out, he has also spent countless of extra HOURS trying to help me get these issues fixed. I'll be honest, I do not think he is even required to do so, nor do I think one of the issues is really something in his area. Yet he still persists in helping me and making extra calls, acting as a liaison between departments and companies to solve my issue. Without Matt, I'd be in such a huge predicament that I'd have to take drastic measures like selling my house and/or filing bankruptcy. Matt has gone way, way above and beyond his duties to help this single mom and, even if I didn't already have a great experience with this company for the past few years, this alone would inspire me to recommend The Resource Center to everyone. And I do! If you're thinking about it, go through this company. They will handle the details for you and they actually care about you as a person! I cannot praise them, or Matt Ourth, enough!
