This company has the worst customer service ever. They do not answer the phone i've left numerous voicemails still no phone call back

Had a smaller order but they didn't treat me any different. I even needed a custom sized trim piece which they made no problem. They made sure I had what I needed and my order was ready for pickup the next day. Icing on the cake is they were much less expensive than the big box stores. Great service! Great experience! Highly recommend!

Brightside pricing was the best. They make you feel like an old friend. Very professional an knowledgeable from start to finish. 2 day turn around time was a plus as well. Even the delivery guy was very nice! Highly recommend

The quality of the product and the service was amazing. My Dad loves the look of his copper colored porch roof, it went up easily.

0- stars if they I could. I pulled in thier shared parking lot waiting for a co-worker to pick up a company vehicle. I was racially profiled as I was approached by young worker from Brightside Metal Roof and Siding. Says they was watching me on the cameras and was wondering what I was doing outside thier building. He also used profanity after I stated that felt it was racially motivated the reason he approached me in such a manner. So I will have to say that regardless to the product or service they provide, thier customer service for potential customers is horrible.
