Shoe Sensation

This place has a wide variety of shoes, boots, socks you name it and most likely they have it. The customer service is the best I've experienced in a very long time. These ladies were fantastic. Very helpful. The prices were great and the place is very well laid out. We found our forever shoe store!

For the first time in 4 years I had help from the workers and without a bad attitude. I did not have to go searching the store for the shoe measurer, I had a worker help me the entire time. Jamie was very nice, pleasant and helpful. I only shoe shop once a year and in the 4 years I have used this store this was the first time I didn't have to ask for help and get an eye roll, told that was not their job, or spoken too with a hateful attitude. After this experience I may go back more than just once a year.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was able to order the boots that the local store didn't have in the right size. Shipping was fast.

We have shopped at Shoe Sensation before and knew of their wide selection of great brands and reasonable prices.

My wife needed shoes she could put on easily without having to tie. The sales staff was extremely helpful and we left with 2 pairs that were just what my wife needed. I'll probably be going back later this summer to pick up a new pair of shoes for myself.

Loved it! I Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Prices not to bad along with a good selections of shoes for everyone. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Didn't have the size I needed so they ordered them and will ship to my home in a few days!

Picked out what I wanted, tried them on, walked a few laps round the store to check fit, The sales clerk or whatever her title is didn't bother me at all until she saw I had made up my mind and put on my own shoes and was headed to the register. So five stars for letting a customer shop without being harassed or steered to a product they don't want by a pushy sales person.

Clerk was very accommodating, shipping was in good timing.

Great customer service. The sales lady answered all my questions. She pointed out the sale items. She was kind and friendly. She actually remembered the last time I was there. I will continue to shop there. Thank you!!!

Great experience! It was nice having great customer service. It reminded of the customer service from many years ago when the sales person would help the customer find the right shoe and even help put them on for you. Great job Shoe Sensation!

Update- 08/22/2021, I tried a few days ago to purchase shoes through the Klarna app and once again had an issue. Brittany and her co-worker were highly professional and helpful. I called today and told Brittany that I was just going to order through the app and pick up in store, thankfully they still had the shoes on hold for me. Brittany took the time to give me each shoe code so I could look them up online so I didn't have to search for each pair! My order was completed quickly and my wife picked the shoes up in less than an hour from start to finish. I highly recommend this store if you or your kids need shoes, very professional staff at this location!!

Wonderful customer service!! I had an issue paying with the Klarna app and the two young ladies working at that time were helpful and professional!!

We went to get some shoes, and Megan was very helpful. She informed us that you can have them sent to your home when they are not in stock free of charge.
I will do more of my shopping here now.

This was my first visit to this place. I was very impressed with the selection in the place and the helpfulness of the Manager and th e staff. It was close to the time the store closes, but they were still true to their job and not in a hurry to get out the door. I recommend this store for the friendly atmosphere , well organized store with a great selection of many different types and brands of shoes and much more.

I love shoes, of course. Always willing to help or answer any questions you have. Just browsed but they always have good sales & competitive prices, even compared to the internet prices. And decent selection too.

I love that place bc they have all kinds of shoes and saddles and if they don't have them out on display then they will look in the back and find the one that I really like
