Mansion House Garage - Arch Parking

Easy to get in on a busy game day, easy to pay leaving. Very inexpensive. Close to The Gateway Arch and food!

The attendant tonight at 8:90 pm helped us when we were trying to pay and leave. He is awesome extremely helpful and super nice!! I applaud him for a job well done!!

For the most part, parking here is great. I haven’t had any break ins or anything. And I like how the security patrols the garage with golf carts. My only complaint is having to deal with the office staff when I go to pay for my monthly user card. The lady in the office is rude and has an attitude every single time I go in. I have tried calling and calling and calling and no one answers the phone. I tried to walk to make a payment, and the door is locked. No sign or anything on the door on whether there’s an event being worked or anything. And when I first moved in, I was a few weeks into the month, and only had to pay $88 since I wasn’t there from the beginning of the month. Now I can be a few days into the month, and I’m charged a full $95+ even though it’s 10 days into the new month. Doesn’t make sense.

Enterprise Parking can do MUCH better.

EDIT: Enterprise has really stepped it up, mainly by getting rid of the incredibly rude lady who worked the office. The lady there now is so much more pleasant to work with. She’s been extremely nice and gracious during the pandemic, and very understandable. The ONLY thing I would change would be for residents to have reserved parking, especially since we’re already paying an additional $95 on top of our rent to live there.

So close to Dome always feel safe and very smooth to maneuver out of once events are over.

I don't remember being here three years ago like Google told me I was and wanted me to leave a review so I did. Oh boy a parking garage sounds exciting!

Affordable, huge, centrally located. Yea it's a nearly impenetrable maze, but it's still great
