Very friendly outgoing staff. Quick and easy to get id.

Glad to see that st. Louis is becoming more digital with there transit systems. This store in my opinion is the birth ofany to come and where you can go to purchase your gateway card (see picture) this card allows me to load my bus passes electronically from a bus terminal any where in St Louis. Awesome.

Currently this is the only place to get a gateway card that allows you to prepay for trips on the metro bus and train system. The store was clean and uncluttered. The staff was super friendly and got me in and out in no time at all. You can also get an assortment of metro branded souvenirs here.

To have metro Call A Ride Gateway card is Great.

I talk to Danielle at the Metro store and think she is the nicest lady. Very efficient at her job. Just all around pleasant.
