Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fulton, an IHG Hotel

I was passing through during a business trip and it was in the middle of the night. I was exhausted and I hate having to stop at hotels in the middle of the night because they in my experience are rude and there are usually limited to no rooms left. However, when I went inside, it was the most clean, friendliest experiences that I have ever had at a hotel. It smelled cleaned, the decor and layout were eye pleasing, and the staff were as warm and welcoming as could be! I do not usually do reviews, but I needed to do this one to inform anyone that if you are in this location and need a place, I highly recommend this location! Thank you to all the wonderful staff that makes this possible. It really shows how hard you all work to make this a wonderful experience. This trip was during November of 2023 and the general manager at the time I visited was Cierra Crayton. I made sure to grab a card!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and I must say that I Absolutely love it, the rooms are very large And updated, the staff is very friendly and welcoming! My room was clean And smelled very fresh,I always have more than enough toiletries in my bathroom, they even have Dove soap!😂 my favorite part of my stay is always the breakfast, everything’s hot, fresh and plentiful my children really enjoy the beautiful clean pool I absolutely recommend staying here and looking forward to my next visit 5/5

I had to cancel a reservation, very recently, due to a community college baseball game being rained out. Your employee, Mason, assisted me on the phone. He was very kind & professional. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Very nice hotel, the young lady at the desk was professional and polite. The room was comfortable and very modern. Keurig pot in room. Breakfast and coffee was above average. Excellent value for the price.

Been in the USA almost 10 weeks and stayed at numerous motels and hotels. This is the best experience yet! Comfy bed, clean and quiet room, with all you need.Excellent location. A fantastic range of breakfast and coffee choices. Beautiful environment with fireplace setting, computer and pool area. Well done team! Feeling so relaxed and refreshed. A+++

Beds were super comfy. Nicely decorated. Soft lighting. Clean throughout. Nice breakfast with biscuits and gravy, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, etc. Very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Room and great prices. Very welcoming from. The moment we stepped inside the building. Awesome nights sleep and ready to travel the next morning

I was really impressed with this hotel. Room was nice and clean. Air conditioning was cold! The breakfast are was amazing also. The breakfast was hot and great also. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy the work out room and the indoor pool. They both looked great. Lots of dumbbells and the pool water looked so good.

This holiday inn was really nice. It was very clean and the receptionist was very nice and let me have free things. There was only one elevator and it was really slow. It was kind of in the middle of nowhere so there wasn't much outside of the small 4000 people town. Overall, I was very impressed.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped as well as very clean. We ate their breakfast and it was delicious, and the dining space was very clean. The pool was clean. The fitness center had a good variety of workout options. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! Check-in was a breeze, front desk rep was very friendly & informative! Rooms were clean, beds were comfy & the hotel was peaceful! The heated pool was great as well as breakfast! This hotel has a lot of "homey" touches throughout so it gives it a cozy feel! I liked that a lot! I'd definitely recommend this location!

The man at the desk was very kind and accommodating to us, knowing that we were traveling to MS by car and we stopped there along the way at about 4:00 AM looking for a room. He was so pleasant that we decided to stop at this same place on our way home. The breakfast was also good. The waffles were better than the waffle house. Their breakfast sausage and eggs were also good, and the other foods they had. Their waffles are very thin now. Thanks for your kind and accommodating service.

Very comfortable beds. Hallways were hot but other than that it was great. Just not the indoor pool is freezing cold

My family and I stayed here for one night on our way to Florida for vacation. Everything was great and I am so glad we picked this hotel to stay in as our half way point!

Our queen suite was double booked when we arrived but the lady working the front was very nice and apologetic and she had already upgraded us to a king suite and gave us an extra king suite at no charge.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were immaculately clean. I used to work as a housekeeper and I was very impressed with the state of these rooms!

I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband and kids did and they said there was so much to choose from and the biscuits and gravy were delicious!

They also have a warm salt water indoor pool that we had to ourselves for a few hours, so that was an added bonus. All in all, 10/10 would sleep here again!

My wife and I stayed here for a night, and we also had our dog. It was an amazing stay. After a stressful day on the road this was a great place to get some rest and wind down. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with great amenities all around. We enjoyed walking over to Ozarkland next door and getting some sweet treats to take home. There are a few gas stations next to this hotel as well, and one of them has a special "dog park" area. Overall, we loved our stay here. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and had lots of options. The place seemed comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely be stopping here again.

This hotel is awesome! Right off the interstate, great restaurant/bar nearby. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderful also. Lots of options on it…hot and cold. We will return!

I have stayed here several times while working a contract, the staff has been exceptionally hospitable every single time. During breakfast Tonya is always busy wiping tables and wiping and refilling the food and even though she is always busy she is always smiling and friendly. I complimented her on her scrambled eggs, which are extremely tasty and fluffy, and that particular day they were not on the bar. While I was eating what was available, she walked over and placed bowl of eggs down next to me and it just made my day. The eggs were hot and delicious as they always are and I couldn’t have been happier. I also deal with Lori at the front desk and she is always nice and personable, I have found myself in more random conversations with her than I can count. She is awesome and extremely helpful and has never been short or seemed uninterested in any interaction she has had. Based off these 2 I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else in Mississippi

Rooms are quiet, seen to be remodeled fairly recently. AC works very well. Bathrooms were very clean. Pool area is great. Gym is small but serviceable for a run out light workout. I would stay here again.

The receptionist welcomed me with pure southern hospitality. Although the elevator was out of order during my stay, I didn’t mind. My room was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. This was one of the better IHG hotels I’ve stayed in.
