Jake at the Mooresville outlet store was great! He was very patient with us while we figured out what couch we wanted. The prices beat almost everywhere else. By the time we decided on a couch, we were so happy that we also purchased a mattress. We will literally never buy another couch or mattress from anywhere else. When it came time to deliver, it was only $100 for our whole order and we loved that they had their own delivery service. Ben and Damian came right on time, called ahead and were so polite. They asked if I wanted them to take off their showed before entering and asked how I wanted the couch to be put together. They were in and out in less than 20min.

Great company with great people! We have been buying our mattresses here for over 10 years. Just bought a new sectional couch and they came and delivered this morning. Two good and respectful young men. Our salesman Jake was great and took good care of us. We highly recommend Sweet Dreams!

My wife & I shopped around for a new bed frame & mattress for months and one day just happened to stumble on the Mooresville location. We were surprised by the good prices and knowledgeability of the staff. Libra understood our budget and offered us some great options which we were very happy with. The delivery was prompt. Preston & Connor were very nice and got everything put together and answered all our questions.

All in all this company is incredibly well-ran and we will definitely shop with them again.

Greg gave me a really great deal on a clearance couch. Once I purchased, it was delivered within just a few days. I am so happy with my couch and the service that I received from both sales and delivery. I will definitely look to Sweet Dreams Outlet for any future furnishing needs!

Thank you so much for making our experience a pleasure. We had our bed delivered by Damian & Ben both were very professional and courteous. They had our old bedframe and old mattress taken out, and the new one put in under an hour. Definitely recommend sweet dreams for any of your mattress needs.

Walked in, saw exactly what I was looking for, the associate was helpful, and knowledgeable and delivery was within a good timeframe. Delivery drivers were quick, friendly and professional. It was a great experience!!

We went in yesterday to talk about returning the mattress we were trying out. Kimberly was very attentive to our needs and what we didn’t like about the mattress we were returning. She was very helpful with showing us an alternative mattress to tryout. After trying them both out we went with the mattress that she thought would be better for us. As we were trying out the 2nd mattress she showed us the adjustable bed frame that lifted the top and bottom of the bed. After seeing the difference between the the two we were sold. All in all a very pleasant experience with Kimberly . Myles and Todd came out to deliver the new Dreamcloud bed and removed the old one. They setup our GameChanger frame and showed me how it works. Todd gave me a couple pointers about using it. I have been doing business with them for years and have never been disappointed with how they take care of us.

Sweet Dreams' staff has been friendly, helpful and attentive from the day I walked into the Mooresville location through delivery of my mattresses. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about their products and Kelsey made purchasing my items a breeze. Todd and Jake delivered my items quickly, cleaned up behind them and kept a smile on their face the entire time. The enter team feels like family and I'm looking forward to working with them to furnish the rest of my home.

sales person Kaitlyn was awesome, after pretending I was goldilocks and asking about and laying on just about every bed, finally decided on a dream cloud... had been looking at these beds previously and really wanted an honest opinion. The delivery was early and the guys Arian and Todd were very friendly. Everything was just perfect, the mattress is beautiful and I dread buying a new mattress... thanks for your help!

Bought furniture while visiting from out of town, but working with Kelsey was seamless! Chris and Todd just delivered our sectional. They were timely and very careful getting it into our living room. From start to finish, I would recommend Sweet Dreams.

They communicate really well…. when deliver is going to be, a reminder, a call the day before, a follow day of, and after. So much better than many other companies that tell you they might show up anytime and you have to wait around for them all day.
