We had a great experience at Ashley Home Store. Chandler was very helpful and helped us pick out the perfect couches and chairs that would match them without being overbearing or pushy. One of my biggest dislike is pushy sales people or any type of sales "technique" that makes you feel like you HAVE to buy today. Overall, it was a helpful, great experience that will have us coming back for more. And we will definitely ask for Mr. Chandler Moody when we come back.

Chandler was friendly, professional and knowledgeable during our interaction today when I purchased a loveseat and recliner from Ashley. He listened to my wants and guided me to the correct furniture to suit my needs. The extended warranty was explained in detail also. I.E. was very nice as well when I met him today. The delivery is scheduled very soon, for which I am grateful. Thank you both so much for your assistance today!

Timothy was my wonderful sales rep, Keneisha, the manager. These two made buying my sofa an easy process. They worked with me at every step of the purchasing process to be satisfied and definitely earned by business that day and in the future. I loved my experience here at the Ashley home store next to best buy in Tupelo Ms. Ms Vida Deaton was our furnishing specialist and she was amazing. This lady approached us in the store and asked us a few questions about what we wanted and that's all it took. Not only did she make sure she did everything she could to get us exactly what we wanted she made us feel like we were the only people in that whole store. Ms Vida Deaton connected with us right away which made the whole experience wonderful. I'm so glad my husband and I picked that store to go into. If I ever do need any other kind of furnishing needs I will be going right back to that store and seeing their best sales lady, Ms Vida. #Ashley furniture give this lady a raise! We needed to Purchase some furniture for my elder uncle and aunt,we live out of state,up north KC,Mo. I searched all over Tupelo for Furniture ,and Ashley Furniture was Perfect,after searching online and by telephone through the day we had all but given up...but then I found Ashley Furniture, and Everything turned Wonderful,the sales woman (Bethany) that I spoke with knew perfectly where to direct my concerns,she was very professional,knew exactly how to Wrap this whole transaction up in a matter of minutes...She was abundantly polite and courteous....very knowledgeable of the Product and handling everything from shopping to checkout,and offered helped to walk me through any problems that I might have.. and this was All done over the phone,she took time to send product photos, I also gave her my price range that I was needing,she was amazing Everything went Very smooth..

Makenzie met us as soon as we walked in. She was very personable. Asked us how she could help. We told her we were just there to look. She didn't pressure us, but told us to let her know if we had any questions. She checked in with us a couple times. Another employee came over to talk to us also. In the end we bought a new sofa and love seat for our new home. We are very happy with the service we got and love our new furniture. They are even able to schedule delivery when it's convenient for us. I would definitely recommend them and buy from Ashley again.

We had an enjoyable time buying a new mattress for the bedroom and even a table for the dining room! The salespersons were friendly and helpful in our purchases! We love our local Ashley Store!

Kenisha was extremely helpful and helped me to get the rug I really wanted!!! She also submitted an instore ticket for an issue that I have to get my armed recliner fixed or replaced. I'm still waiting for a call back on it.
