Super friendly. Very helpful. Wish store in the Charlotte area were as nice and helpful. Look like they have anything you might need or can get it.

Super large store for a hardware store.
Only went in to have some knives sharpen. But could have spent all day going through the store.

What an amazing place! Unless you know exactly what you want and where it is, I suggest asking one of the many friendly staff to help direct you. They carry dang near everything, except kids! 🤣🤣 It'll take the better part of an hour to walk each aisle! So much to see and priced well. On top of that, as a local business, our money stays in our community, not in the hands of rich families or soulless corporate ticks. Great place!

Old school vibe. But has currant needed products. Pretty much everything needed for home and farm. A very pleasant experience

Was shopping for a new gas log insert. Stan was VERY helpful in helping with my decision. They were delivered and installed same day! He is very professional, explained and demonstrated operation. Cleaned up and removed old set. GREAT customer service!!

If you ever need anything this is the best place to get it. If they don't have it, then it doesn't exist. Highly recommend visiting.

Since I was young Lanier’s has been a frequent place of business. From local high school gear, endless tools, baking needs, other hardware/power tools, furniture, etc., Lanier’s has anything you could possibly think of. This shop has been here for years beyond my time in Lexington, servicing generation after generation. The employees at Lanier’s have also grown with the town, as I know many by name and am always greeted with a friendly smile when walking in with my parents when I visit home. This place also allows those who prefer shopping other places than Lowe’s or Home Depot, this is the best place and nostalgic to be in a town’s local hardware store.

As it has been said my entire 61 years, "If you need it, Lanier's has it. But, you will pay for the convenience!" Still rings true.
I could walk around in there for days! They have great things that you don't even know you need until you see them!
