Great place for fresh oysters, shrimp and other seafood. Nice bar and live music. Really nice staff and shuckers. Items come with fantastic potatoes and cold slaw. Great selection of beers snd cocktails. Homemade deserts.

Good vibes & Great eats! All the feels of a coastal dive right here in Clemmons. The place is cozy, with a big wrap around bar that comprises most of the seating. Could see this place becoming a regular spot for us!

Food wise: we just *had* to try the savory alligator cheesecake! I've never had anything like it. Buffalo shrimp wedge was delicious and the perfect portion size. Raw oysters were excellent! Our server shucked them for us (wayyy faster than I would have). Give this place a try!! 🦪 🌊

The dinning area was hopping so I went to the empty bar section. I made my to go order, drank my martini, and waited. The bartender was spirited and fun; made me feel right at home. Within 15 minutes of me sitting down, the bar went from empty to full; which is exactly the time I needed to drink up and get my food. Soon as I left my seat it was taken. It's a middle-aged crowd, 50's & 60's, some 40's. Very lively. I got home and the the fish risotto was incredible OMG!!!

GREAT experience! I visited on a busy Saturday evening as a party of 2 and we were promptly greeted and sat. The three servers (Josh, Hannah, and Mike) were all AMAZING. Super friendly and offered the best service. We ordered 1/2 dozen fresh raw oysters, 1/2 dozen chargrilled oysters, crab dip, and the shrimp and grits which were all a 10/10! We did also order calamari which was a bit on the rubbery side and came out just a tad bit cold but the flavor was good. Overall, a great experience and ambiance. I hope to return when I’m back in the area!

Great food prices people drinks atmosphere. Speedy service. They aim to please. Had a great day for the Kentucky derby.

This is one of my favorite local restaurants. It always a wait, but always worth it. Seafood is fresh, service is amazing and a fun place to be and meet new people!

Crab Legs!!!! So good 😊. Good service. Love the stuffed mushrooms & crab legs. Hush puppies are the way I like… slightly sweet & oniony. Crab legs were a good size and cooked to perfection. Love the warm lemon 🍋finger bath at the end on the meal ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really great food and service. My 2.5 year-old was able to sit in a barstool just fine (we brought a little booster seat for him). Their in-house beers were good too!

It’s hard to find a good oyster spot thats just as good as places on the coast, but Full Moon is that spot. Their oysters were so plump, fresh, and juicy. Everything else we ordered was delicious as well. The staff here are very down to earth, chill, and they provide great service! One of the best places to eat in the Clemmons/Winston-Salem area if you love seafood.

Fun, friendly, cozy bar with delicious dishes. We ordered blackened salmon and shrimp/scallop pasta, and neither dish disappointed. Super lucky to have found this gem, my only regret is that I didn't visit a second time while still in town.

The food was great service was great the only thing is it’s a bar type setting. Not regular tables or I didn’t see any. Live music happens also great local spot for a drink and food. Would go back and do recommend.

I was visiting NC for a few days and had the pleasure of being introduced to one of the best seafood restaurants I've visited in my life! I grew up eating seafood practically every weekend off the Pacific and later lived in Massachusetts, frequenting seafood restaurants. My visit to full moon brought such new experiences that were pleasing both visually and tastefully. A start with some of the freshest oysters was merely the beginning to a delicious and adventurous dinner. Followed by a must try, yet oddly named alligator and crawfish cheesecake, I was expecting a sin on a plate, but was mind blown by the spicy corn bread-like based filled with the seafood meat and covered with a creamy creole sauce. Even though not a spicy food fan, I couldn't resist but continue munching. After explaining my affinity for NE clan chowder, I was recommended a mixture of the crab bisque with the popular creamy soup. Combined they were a flavor force to be reckoned with, and even in the background, the clam chowder was one of the best I've ever experienced, including $20 cups in downtown Boston. Later, we were introduced to the char-grilled oysters. I NEVER in my life EVER liked cooked oysters, only raw, but boy, did these turn me into a believer! A perfect combination of flavors created the most wonderful pairing to the shellfish. The sauce alone was enough to make your knees week, that at the end, it was hard not to scrape every bit of oil with the garlic bread. Lastly, the ends of the night was crowned by the most magestic cake - banana bread pudding! An ingenious creation of the most delicious and moist banana cake with nilla wafers popping here and there and sandwiched with some creamy icing. The staff was as amazing as the food, highly attentive, entertaining, and on point with the shucking! I hope to make it back to NC simply to return to this must try foodie stop and gem!

The food was amazing! We can't wait to go back! It is truly a high bar as a seating area, very few tables for those who have small children.

Great food, service and music! Can't ever go wrong with the crab legs and the crab stuffed salmon belly was great! Crab bisque was equally fantastic. For non seafood people, teriyaki chicken was good too!

We love this place. We recently celebrated our 56th wedding anniversary here and they acknowledged us and the staff took some nice pics of us.

I love this place. The staff is always friendly. It’s alway a vibe. Food is always great! Those potatoes and shrimp and grits keep me coming back!
