The folks at CARSTAR are AWESOME! Professional and fast, they quickly fixed what I first thought were just some minor scratches from where I got side swiped on the front left side. Paint work looks great too! Check out my pictures. Definitely recommend these good people to fix your car! My Honeybee looks great now!!

Took my son’s car in for bodywork after a rear-end collision. No regrets! The staff is professional, with excellent communication to us as the work took place. The bodywork is beautiful!! Car looks brand new where work was done, and it was returned to us, by far, cleaner than it was left! I would highly recommend CarStar to anyone. I hope we don’t need them again, but if we have a need in the future, I will not hesitate to call them!

Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone I talked to took the time to explain exactly what was going on every step of the way. Even when they were waiting for parts to arrive, I was sent updates daily with status, so I always knew what to expect and what was going on. Car looked great when I picked it up, as good as new!

My car ended up being totaled but Carsmart held the car while waiting for the insurance adjuster & facilitated all the paper work & dealt with the ins . co. I have used Carsmart before when I was rear ended & they are great! They get the work done & keep you informed. They are friendly & professional!

Carstar Carsmart in Chapel Hill was great to work with for the cost estimates and beginning to end process (including working with insurance) in handling a vehicle that was eventually classed as a total loss.

CarSmart was very consistent with their communication (twice/week). The repair was quite extensive and they worked extremely well between the insurance company, appraiser, and customer. I would definitely recommend them others.

CarSmart's staff pulled strings to have my car under repair in a very short timeline despite major rear quarter panel damage. They were incredibly transparent, communicative and friendly. They were quick to coordinate quote and coverage concerns with my insurance and I felt at ease with them working on my behalf. The car looked brand new when I picked it up right on schedule. Would definitely work with them again (although I hope I don't have to)!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience! My minivan was in a major hit-and-run and there was quite a bit of damage. The staff handled everything with my insurance, and kept me informed daily of the progress they were making on my vehicle. They were friendly, efficient, and so easy to work with! You cannot go wrong bringing your car to them for repairs.

I cannot say enough good things about the service from CarSmar and the work they completed to repair body damage on my Lexus. The staff made numerous adjustments to schedule the repairs to accommodate my crazy schedule— which I am so grateful for!!! Every step of the way, the staff was courteous, welcoming and very professional. They even completed the repairs earlier than anticipated. After a recent car accident we took our car for body work to CarSmart based on a recommendation from our mechanic. What an amazing experience! From the first phone call, Ivye explained the process and and was super helpful coordinating with the insurance company. The body work was top notch and I received text updates so I knew the timeline. I highly recommend them all the way around- customer service and body work are superior to other shops in the area.

CarSmart repaired the lift gate and rear bumper of my 2021 Toyota Rav4. All staff were professional, knowledgeable, and overall nice. I received bi-weekly status updates on the repair progress of my car. My vehicle was finished on time as promised. It looked brand new! I am very satisfied with CarSmart. I highly recommend them for your auto body repair needs.

I chose Carsmart because of the reviews i read from Google and they were preferred by my insurance company. I called another preferred shop that was closer to my home, before calling Carsmart and i didn't feel a friendly vibe from the customer care person who answered the phone. Even though Carsmart was further away, I value first impressions and their customer care reps were very friendly. Most body shops in local area had longer than normal repair times due to supply chain and personnel shortages, but Carmart got me in and out in a fair amount of time. They communicated well through the whole process and did an excellent job repairing my front bumper damage. My car was cleaned very well upon pick up, and you can tell they didnt just run it through the auto wash and let it air dry. I had friendly experiences with all the staff from the adjusters, front desk people and the managers. I would definently recommend this shop to anyone needing quality bodywork done.

Wonderful experience. Worked wonderfully with my insurance company and my car rental company. Kept me informed as things went forward and got things repaired as quickly as was possible. Car looks new.
