@ K&D if you going to tell the story of a review over a year ago please tell it right. Regardless if he did leave a balance the car broke down in your parking lot before he made the first damn payment!! You told him it was own him to get fixed. Yeah he did move but the car was broke down on 85 before the move . I don’t blame him for leaving a balance you still ripping people off!!

They sell lemons and make you pay and fix them. They have shade tree mechanics to fix them enough to sell them.
