Awesome customer service, Haley Jarvis is the best and so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this office for insurance. Switch now if you can. Way better rates than any other insurance company I have tried before. I just switched from Geico.

I’ve been with this State Farm for two years after they offered a better rate than my previous insurance. The office staff truly know the business and are always friendly and quick to handle any issue or question I have had (trust me I’ve had a bunch). I value Haley and Hannah specifically as they both have helped me with not just purchasing all kinds of insurance, but paying attention to my needs in a manner I truly appreciate.

I found Rush Rollins and his team about two years ago when I moved to North Carolina to start my business. I have all my insurance both personal and business policies with them and it has been nothing but great experiences so far. They are detail oriented, responsive, and the rates are competitive. Staff is very responsive and courteous. I Had a deer hit my vehicle called them let them know what was going on. In no time they tracked my vehicle down due to highway patrol having it towed. Got it to the repair shop of my choice set up a rental and took a lot of stress off me. Would highly recommend them any problems that aroused was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Hannah was very helpful and quick with information about different policies available for me. From vehicle, to life insurance, to renter's insurance. She was able to answer all of my questions and took the time to explain things I didn't understand.
