I did a lot of research before I decided to go to any Insurance Co. and this was the best experience I could ever imagine. Not only was the policies for Home And Auto better coverage but both were a lot cheaper premiums. All of their employees were extremely nice and friendly and really helpful and thorough with any questions and I also learned a few things. Cassie Galimore is the most amazing insurance agent! We have worked with her for years. Started with needing assistance to navigate the health insurance marketplace being self employed. Now we use Cassie for every insurance need. Home, Auto, Health, you name it. Last year we had a traumatic health scare that could have sent us into bankruptcy. Because of Cassie taking the time with us to carefully chose the right insurance plan, we were protected and paid a reasonable amount for hospital bills. This year we had a basement flood. Again, because of Cassie, we were covered and the repairs have been a seamless process. Mountcastle is a fantastic agency however in our eyes Cassie Galimore is our angel! We are forever grateful for her compassion, thoughtfulness and knowledge!

She goes over and beyond her daily duties to provide us with answers to our questions, and tries to find a solution to our issues.
